I was well pleased with the service. The mechanic, Sheldon, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was professional and courteous, as well. If the need should arise, I will most definitely return.

SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! Working with Frank and Mario I felt like I mattered. Everyone I came into contact with were friendly, even in passing. I left Nissan because everyone I came into contact with had lost their joy, even in passing. Spending my money, I was treated like a disturbance. Back to Crossroads, Frank went over every detail of my new 2022 Jeep. I NEVER had a salesperson to EVER do this. AND, to help transfer items from my old car to the new. I was hungry, hadn’t eaten all day. While I was with Mario, the Magic Maker, Frank, the kindest person ever, bought me a sandwich. That was extremely touching. Thoughtful. Now to the Magic Maker. I have limits, Mario worked his magic with a smile. Through all of my quirkiness and wants, I was continuously met with smiles and patience. I’ve told friends, family, and coworkers about my experience, all were excited with me because service and kindness in business these days globally and customarily SCARCE! Forward, two ladies, because of my experience said they will visit Crossroads for their upcoming next car. My coworker Deon—Mack D, referred me. Frank and Mario made me feel like family. Will go back, and I refer YOU!

Happy was great! He went out his way to help me find the vehicle I needed, and to have it delivered. When the car was delivered, it was already inspected, had plates on it, and had a full tank of gas. I had a great experience buying from Crossroads! I absolutely love my new car!

The service department is fabulous. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. However, make sure to look over your bill before paying. There was a few discrepancies that needed to be removed.

Overall a good experience. I purchased a used vehicle from Crossroads, and both Susan the sales person and her sales manager were easy to work with. We were able to negotiate a fair and reasonable price that worked for both parties. I found them to be fair and honest and and would chose them again if I was in need of a vehicle.

06/06/23 I had an appointment at 8:30 to have a complete inspection, including an oil and filter change and tire rotation on my 2020 Ranger. Everyone involved were friendly and helpful and the waiting area was clean and comfortable with plenty of magazines to read and TVs to watch. The time to complete the service was very reasonable. I am completely satisfied with my visit.

If I could give 0 stars I really would and I’m not even the person who usually does reviews but the salesperson that worked with me was more a deal maker than a salesman. He failed to inform me on the engine size of the car I was being placed in, in comparison to the car that I had previously. Two months my car was in the shop with me thinking I had acceleration issues all to be told really I just have a “Grandma” car with only a 1 liter engine where I have to literally mash the gas petal to get pick up when on the highway even though at the time of purchase I explained that I am in school and do a lot of highway driving. I also almost had someone run in the back of me coming off the highway because the car I was placed in has no pick up. Then I was told in order to trade out of the car that was just purchased in December I would need $7000 which is crazy to me being the salesperson failed to inform me anything about this car but merely focused on the aesthetic of the car. I am truly displeased with this dealership and I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase from here and if you do please ask the INS AND OUTS of the car you are looking at or take a man with you because I feel that they tried to just make a deal because I am a young woman and don’t really know about cars.

Crossroads Ford allowed someone to purchase a Ford F-150 with my name and fake identification. I was alerted to the fraud this morning by way of the Virginia DMV. When I contacted Ford Credit, which allowed for the financing, they immediately assisted me as a police investigation was launched. When I called this dealership for help, they immediately went into self preservation mode and would not assist me --at all- in the fraud investigation. All they seemed to care about was covering their own hides for allowing this fraud to occur and letting someone drive off their lot with a car purchased under my name. I live in the Northeast, have never been to this dealership or Wake Forest, VA, and have never bought a Ford. My family and I are trying to sort out this mess and this dealership, instead of trying to help, has stonewalled us, in order to protect themselves. It's unclear to me as to whether this was an inside job or someone in the dealership facilitated the fraud. I don't know because they won't be helpful. I would think twice before doing any business with them, both because their fraud prevention systems are obviously lax and because you likely cannot trust that your own credit, identify, and financial information is not safe with them.

Crossroad Ford has dangerously inadequate fraud controls. I found out this morning that someone was able to purchase a truck, under my name, and roll it off their lot roughly ten days ago. I live in New York. Have never stepped foot in Prince George, VA. Never purchased a car from them. Ford Finance has been fantastic and is trying to help us, while this dealership has decided to be unproductive and is more interested in covering up their incompetence and the fraud that occurred under their watch in their dealership. I would not trust providing this dealer with any of your personal information. If they are unwilling to help solve a fraud matter they helped facilitate, you can rest assured they will not take care of your own personal financial security.

Harry Turner is the best! He really worked hard and quick to get me a vehicle that I love so I could get back and forth to work. I will never buy another car from any other dealer. Recently purchased a bronco from Crossroads and had the best experience. I worked with Malachi & Kenny. They spent a lot of time showing me different cars and adjusting numbers for what was comfortable for me. I feel like both of them really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and like I was making the right choice for my family. They don’t just sell cars here, they truly want you to be happy and do what’s best for you. I was between a Ford expedition and a bronco, and we’d done about 30 minutes of negotiation on the expedition when I was just feeling so overwhelmed. Kenny came over, sat down & talked to me, and told me I didn’t need to feel pressured to buy anything at all. That he just wanted me to be comfortable and happy in whatever decision I make. It meant a lot coming from the manager and that’s one of the reasons I decided to purchase a bronco. Great customer service and experience overall. Love these guys!!
