I visit this store location at least 4 times per week for gas, food, and smokes. Today I was having a conversation with an employee who was off the clock for the day. Friendly conversation, nothing extreme or weird. Typical banter. I sat down to enjoy my food that I ordered bc the young lady walked behind the counter to get her food. Our conversation was left on a cliff hanger, so I was going to offer to exchange information to continue the conversation later. I approached the girl with my phone out, she got into her car, and left. Police pull up because she called and complained saying I was harassing her and taking pictures without her consent. I allowed the cop to look through my phone, said word for word what we spoke about, explained I was going to exchange contact info, and that was it. I was forced off the property and threatened with trespass charge. The chick didn't ask me to leave her alone, didn't suggest she was stressed or fearful, but wanted to press charges. It was extremely embarrassing. Obviously I won't be returning bc I don't like jail and I'm not a creep, but be warned. The manager didn't offer to speak with me to get my side of the story of anything. If you go here, keep your phone in your pocket, don't talk to the workers, don't go to this location.

We come here at least twice a month for the food ? Overall our experience has been positive! There was only one time in the last year we ended up with soggy/old food. We were grateful when my husband dropped his milkshake outside (he had a kiddo, two bags and two milkshakes so quite full hands) and they made him another one. You guys converted us from Wawa lovers ? Anyway we haven’t ever checked out the bathrooms, drive thru ordering (we go in) or the car wash so can’t speak as to those.

The store needs to do better. If you go to that store before the morning rush be prepared to wait in line for a while until an employee stops doing what they are doing in the back and they see you standing there waiting. Needs to be some kind of alert or something when a customer is trying to check out if the employee is going to not be stationed at the cash register. Having to wait ten minutes for an employee to see you waiting is too long. They also need to keep the drink cooler stocked better.

Driveway has INCREDIBLY long wait time. Sat at the window for 45 minutes waiting for 1 simple burrito at 11:30 at night. There was 4 people in the kitchen. Ridiculous

Sheetz tends to have clean facilities, with friendly people, this location had the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a Sheetz, with multiple surfaces dirty and the facilities were in need of some repair. The people were nice however.

The evening drive thru service has gone down. Long wait times and orders wrong. I stopped ordering from there because the quality of service has gone completely down. I took my business to WaWa.

I come to this Sheetz a lot & have never had any complaints except for now. I came to this Sheetz this morning around 3AM. Just so happens my neighbor was there at the same time in front of me in line. We were the only customers in the store. Miram was the worker. She was stocking when we came in. She saw both of us at the register but did not acknowledge us & kept stocking. She went back & forth from the middle of the store where she was stocking to the front of the store 3 times before ringing us up. My neighbor paid for his gas & cigarettes. Miram told him his total but he couldn't hear her because she was speaking so low almost in a whisper. He asked her nicely to speak up a couple times but she didn't. She just rolled her eyes & kept whispering. My neighbor was frustrated at this point & just paid not knowing he left his cigarettes on the counter. As soon as he turned away from the counter Miram ( aware he forgot them) took the cigarettes & set them next to her register & did not bother to tell him to get his cigarettes before he walked away from the front area or out of the store. Once she rang me up I asked her why didn't she tell him he forgot his cigarettes. She looked startled because she didn't know I noticed. Her response was "Oh he'll be back for them he's pumping gas" And I said "But you saw he forgot them & purposely said nothing. Give them here I'll take them to him" (not knowing I knew him personally) She gave the cigarettes to me & I took them to my neighbor at the pump. My first issue is how Miram didn't even acknowledge us when we came in the store & were waiting in line & she took her time to come ring us up. Second issue is how she handled the cigarette situation with my neighbor. And third is her nasty attitude, rolling of the eyes, & lack of customer service. If she does not know how to interact with customers she might need to find a new field of work. And last, she didn't know that I knew him personally but she just so easily gave me cigarettes that he had paid for rather than just tell him while he was still in the store he'd forgotten his cigarettes. Horrible customer service. I will reach out to Corporate regarding this as well.April J.

Usually a good place and gets our orders correct but today has been terrible. 90% of our order is messed up and the drive there and back isn’t worth it and I shouldn’t have to. It wasn’t busy and wasn’t an accident you don’t make three sandwiches plain and miss a bunch of sides by accident.

Ordered a 12in steak and cheese sub. Ordered toasted bread. When I got my order and drove 2 miles to my house, food was cold, cheese not melted and bread was not toasted. I usually never order food from here but I was told their subs were delicious. I'll keep going to Wawa

The worst experience, I put my order in and pull around to the drive thru and 20 minutes later I get my order. Late for work at that point, the cashier then hands me the wrong order? I told her my order and she then gave me my oder that was cold and thrown together, this is the 3rd time this has happened I tried letting it go, but I cant!!

I went there today at 7:15 am there was a guy pass out I saw a driver getting gas i can you help me I thought he might me dead The town so Racist I said I hope the the white boy die. But the store and service where great I just hate the KKK……

I’ll give ya a 3. I loved the ice cream machine. Cheap and fun. Only problem is that you took it away for no reason! I want sheetz ice cream again! I’m also not pleased with waiting in the drive through, getting some of my food, driving home, seeing I don’t have all my food, driving back out, having the lady try to offer me old food that sat out. There is room for improvement.

Pulled in to refuel, food, and use the john. Friendly employees. So tired from driving all day I crashed for an hour up close to the building so I felt safe. Nobody bothered me or told me to leave. Thank you for that. oh yeah, food was delicious!!!
