They took out the second drive-thru lane so now there is only one line other than the ATM, which doesn't work half the time. They also took away the computer at the one window so they have to drag over to the window from the counter, get your stuff, drag back over to the counter, process it, and drag it back to the window, which takes forever. I can't imagine how long it takes on a Friday afternoon when people get paid and want to cash their checks. Not great customer service.

They have one teller at the bank that is extremely friendly and helpful, Marry. Avoid Mike, thr Assistant VP, seems like he just hates doing his job and questions any banking requests that he feels is out of the ordinary and will cause him work. Also, most branches are closed on the inside, however the tellers wear their masks below their nose and don't clean the teller tray in between customer interactions; either you care about your staff and customers protection or you don't, no inbetween.Full transparency, when I opened an account i was told that they cound provide me with coins as requested, however, the one time Mike had to fulfill my order he was mad that it caused him to actually do this job and began question and accusing me of doing something wrong. I thought the purpose of a bank was to provide dollars and coinsge as requested, as long as you have an account and the fund to fulfill the request.
