“Went in for an oil change and state inspection. Right off the bat the customer service was better than I've had at any other shop. It was very fast service and with their text updates they keep you informed at all times. They even send you an inspection report so you can see exactly what's going on with your vehicle. I will be using them from now on for any repairs or maintenance that may come up. All around amazing experience.”

Brad was a technician at Richmond BMW when I went back to work there some time back and has held service management positions since leaving that dealership . I'd recommend BMUU to anybody .”

“I had a great experience with this shop. I went to them to get a diagnostic on my transmission. The shop manager Sean was very transparent with me about the condition of my car & gave me all my options as to what I could do about it. I didn’t feel like he was pressing me to pay for any unnecessary services. He broke everything down to me so that I can understand what the process would be and his pricing is very reasonable. As a result, I got a new transmission installed & oil change. My car is running like new. I will be coming back for future maintenance needs. 10/10 rating !!!”

They actually took less time than that, I was happy with that. They had a comfortable lounge with a bathroom and coffee. They did good work, but their main draw was they offered financing for their work. It was worth the visit.”
