I called this site today (8 Feb 25) and no one answered the phone but when I went up there today (8 Feb 25) the person at the front desk was on the phone and now I see why the phone was just ringing. But every time I go to refill my propane tanks, the personnel that is capable to refill my tank is never there and it’s ridiculous. This place is pathetic.

I had an amazing experience here. I needed a last-minute U-Haul and was able to get everything I needed in less than 30 minutes. The store manager, Luke, was extremely helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. He was very insightful and went the extra mile to assist me. I will definitely be back for my next move!

Luke and his team were incredible. You can tell they care about what they're doing and how they treat people. Plan to use again. Not just because they have what I want, but because I actually like the people working there!
A quick tip about the mobile or after hours checkout. Make sure you do it once or twice while the business is open so they can help you with any issues you have.

Girl behind the desk was not friendly at all. Spoke so fast and quiet I could hardly hear. Acted like I was bothering her from being on her phone. Needs to be glad she has a job and treat customers better.

Luke cates the manager is one of the most disrespectful managers I have every come across.. he had no problem talking like a true gangsta until my man came to the office and everything was laughs and giggles.. I don’t recommend oaklawn or Jefferson cause he runs both.. I’m have already talked to corporate and they agreed his actions are u called for .. he did not take my situation in to consideration and he should have never spoke to me the way he did ..

I am upset because of all the ridiculous hidden up charges and inaccurate/inconsistent information between the app and the store. Got a lot of weird charges that did NOT add up. Not using uhaul again for any reason.

I have been a repeat customer with this location due to the excellent service provided from the team on site. I want to take a personal thank you to Eli, Jade, Kristine, and Luke for always ensuring that the equipment I have is in excellent condition. They have been nothing short of exceptional. You want a storage unit that goes up in monthly rate every 3-4 months this is the place for you! Nothing like paying almost double for a unit when I first got it and getting nothing extra with it. There are way better and cheaper options in the area.

We were in the process of being removed from our home with nowhere to stay. These people at this location didn't care of our situation. They banned us from ever using their location again because we renewed our reservation online instead of returning in 24 hrs. The lady at the front desk is mean and rude and nasty. They locked us out our storage unit without notice, and wouldn't give access until the van was returned even though both were paid up to date.
