  Well first it was a shock to see some mechanic whipping out of the parking lot in my Jeep considering I never gave consent for one of their employees to take my car out on a public road whereas not one employee is on my insurance policy. Now back to the basic state inspection…. After sitting there for an hour and 25 min I was presented with a slew of problems I was already pretty much aware of that are on my punch list and then failed me for an exhaust hanger and my aftermarket lights “ they weren’t stamped with a dot code”… which is funny because all of the same lights were on it last year when it was inspected and they raised no concern about an exhaust hanger that was missing. After getting g a second opinion from a Jeep mechanic he said that the bushings and ball joints were not a detrimental issue. I can only compare this place to somewhere that overwhelms non knowledgeable people with problems where they see money can be made. After reading the state wide reviews while I was into my 1-1/2 hour wait I read the reviews and was like dag gone this is exactly what I’m experiencing. Long story short I walked in and told them to reject it and give me my vehicle back so I could leave I wasn’t about to even waste my time with an inflated estimate lol. Long story short….. STAY AWAY from this place. Have a wonderful day

  Terrible business practices! I dropped my car off the 1st week in April 2024. I gave specific instructions which were, I needed a state inspection, my AC inspected (I provided a new AC belt), and a quote on new wheel bearings and asked could they get that done by the 1st week in May and the owner guaranteed that he could get it done. Each week I drove by to check the progress. My car sat in the same spot, unmoved until 2 days from May when I told him to just do the inspection and I’m taking it home. They finally get the inspection done after 3 weeks and had the nerve to fail my car for a WHEEL BEARING that I asked him to give me a quote on fixing. I wasted 3 weeks of my time and couldn’t even get a quote! I called and checked in every week and never did he tell me he was too busy and that he probably could not get the work done when he said he could. I would have respected the business more if he told me to come get the car because he could not get it done, now I’m back at square one. And I need my car. Unacceptable! A waste of time!!!
