  For the last couple of times visiting the pumps didn't print out our receipts. When I called the store about 4 times I kept being disconnected. Finally, when a lady answered the phone she said rain could have gotten in the pump. How could this be if it is covered . The inside had a open sign, but no one was in the store doors were locked.

  Supposed to open at 6am but have been sitting here 30 minutes while the guy is inside doing whatever he's doing. Why advertise you're open at 6am then knowingly let a customer wait in the parking lot for over 30 minutes. Update your hours so they reflect what the actual hours are.
