Awesome 👌 work.. very impressed. I had my ford f150 at another shop. Poor work. Unskilled ruined the engine. Kept getting the run around. Friend of mine recommended Patriot Auto works. Spoke with Chris explained my delimma. Had my truck towed on a Saturday evening. They got to work on it Monday. Installed a remanufactuered engine. Looked over the vehicle. Installed new parts for my engine they saw some other outstanding issues that needed to be addressed. Sent me pictures of all the parts that needed to be replaced. Very transparent up front pricing. Chris and his crew did an excellent job on my truck. Pricing was excellent 👌. My truck has been idle for 9 months. Almost gave up on it. Patriot auto works brought my truck back to life😊. Purrs like a kitten. Picked up my f150 today and drop my chevy s-10 off. I told Chris. He has a new customer for life. And when the s10 is fixed I have another car of mine that needs repairs.

I've been living in the New Kent County area for several years now and I would always take my vehicles to another service business in Henrico County but what made me change or wanted to change from the previous business of Service was cost. The previous business has gone up twice in cost for a diagnostic cost in the last few months, which is ridiculous. Maybe it's the Tariffs or maybe some business wants to take advantage of people now, because they can. I did my research on Patriot Auto Works and read other reviews. I decided to give them a chance for business and future business. I called and spoke with the owner, very nice man, cost just for diagnostic was half the cost of the previous business I was supporting for over 20 years. After taking my car to the Patriot Auto Works and having them find and fix the problem... I'm very satisfied from what I'm experiencing with the car at this time and the cost was very reasonable for what they had to do. Thank you and you have my future business.

This place here is AMAZING… we ran into a situation with our truck in our way to Virginia Beach. They took us right in for us situated and we were back on the road. I’ve never been to a repair shop that took care of their customer with the upmost care and professionalism. If you ever in the area and new work don’t hesitate to stop.

While driving my kids to Busch gardens my vans check engine light came on and it started riding rough- I pulled into off the highway and made it to a Napa auto parts- they told me to drive five minutes down the road to Patriots and that they would take care of me and they sure did! Within an hour Chris and Alf and the sweet lady at the front desk calmed me down… Fixed our car… And restored my faith in humanity!!! I would 20000 percent recommend- this happened on Good Friday and I feel the lord literally led me to this shop!

I had an excellent experience with them swapping the engine in my car. They took care of all the details, including dispatching a tow truck to go get my car from another repair shop (at my request). In the end it turned out to be a more complicated endeavor than anyone expected but they handled it with patience, professionalism, great communication and at a fair price. Serious kudos to Chris and the rest of the crew for a job done right. Thank you guys!

I really appreciated all their services. My car broke down (seized engine) right outside providence forge. I called them to see if they could look at my car that day they said yes and even sent a tow truck to come get my poor car. It needed a new engine, I got them one and they put it in top priority because I really needed my car. Everything runs smoothly all fluids full everything was done great. I recommend going to them for all your engine needs. Small town but great owner always kept in contact with me through the whole process of getting my car fixed. Very helpful and trustworthy. Thanks to him and his workers I've got a great running car again!! Thanks so much James for all you've done for me and my car. ? I wish more mechanics were like you. Hard to find honest people nowadays.

I was stranded with a fuel issue on my truck for two days when a friend connected me with Patriot Auto. I was picked up promptly and treated like family from the moment I got there. Did thorough and quality work and had my truck up and running. I say thank you for your hospitality. If I can help it I'll drive up here from Florida to have them do anything to my vehicles that I can't handle. Shout out to Al for being very detail oriented and knowledgeable mechanic. 110% satisfied. If they don't satisfy your car issues they can't be solved. Thank again guys until we meet again

Patriot Auto has fixed my truck twice, so far. First time they replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils. My regular mechanic wouldn't touch my spark plugs because of the way my truck's engine is designed. It didn't take very long for my truck to go from misfiring to running like a charm, thanks to the Patriot Auto crew! More recently, my truck wouldn't start and left me stranded. One of the Patriot Auto crew members towed my truck to the shop and the guys were able to get my truck running, the broken parts replaced and everything working properly again! Everyone at Patriot Auto has always been kind, polite, honest and encouraging, which I truly appreciate, especially since I'm a girl and I'm afraid of men.
