Filled out the application to have my tanks filled. Guy came out to check the quality of the tanks and explained everything to me. Told me he would send me more paperwork to get me going and never heard anything else.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Philips! From start to finish, Kevin and Becky were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. It’s rare to find a company that truly values its customers.

John got back to us right away when we smelt gas in our new home. He went above and beyond to get someone out to check on us within 30 minutes. You can tell he really cared about us and made us feel safe. Zach showed up and checked everything not once but twice! We really appreciate all the effort and hard work both John and Zach put in to helping us, not to mention it was a Sunday after a holiday! Will recommend to anyone who asks in the future!

I switched to Philips today. The excavators were very professional and met all of my expectations. I was apprehensive about switching a 500 gallon in ground tank, but the guys did a wonderful job. They even started up my gas fireplaces and ensured all appliances were working before they left. I am thrilled with the service and look forward to many years as a customer. If you are on the fence about moving from the big gas companies that charge unreasonable prices, please jump off that fence. Call Philips! You won’t be disappointed.

They've always been very, very responsive to everything from ongoing fuel requests to most recently, the fact that our gas pump finally quit working, I called them and they had a technician there within 45 minutes to begin to deal with the problem. If you are a commercial entity and are in need of a dependable fuel source, particularly with respect to delivery, this is your company.

As a propane customer of 2+ years, I have zero complaints about Phillips. In fact, I recommend them to everyone. They have always been prompt and extremely courteous and their prices are excellent.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. An 85 year old man purchased fuel oil from there on Friday and today we call to find out when it would be delivered and informed them that the oil was completely out and they didn’t even care. They informed me that it would take 3-5 business days to get a delivery. I’ve spoken with Nikki Burcham a few times this winter and she has been very rude and unprofessional each time that I’ve talked to her. She also promises me that since I was a cash paying customer my credit would not be checked and she checked it anyway. I don’t need credit to make a purchase. I pay with cash. Due to her attitude and Phillips not caring about their customers especially ones that are senior citizens I will be taking my business else where.

Place has posted hours but don’t count on them being open during those hours. Been there three times this month to see them closed up tight during business hours. If you’re going to take on the responsibility of providing a service to the public then BE open.
