I called them to see if they could look at my car that day they said yes and even sent a tow truck to come get my poor car. It needed a new engine, I got them one and they put it in top priority because I really needed my car. Everything runs smoothly all fluids full everything was done great. I recommend going to them for all your engine needs. Small town but great owner always kept in contact with me through the whole process of getting my car fixed. Very helpful and trustworthy. “I was on my way home from OBX and got a flat off of 295 out side of Richmond for 4 hours. MQM towing came to help and they towing company is a joke. Told me they can't help because my truck didn't have the tool to drop the spare tire. He left me my wife a 2 kids on the side of the road with no help after 4 hours. Then My insurance got Ron's auto. They came and saved the day. They came and got the truck and gave us all a ride back to the shop at 9 at night to fix my truck and get us back on the road home. These guys are great hard workers and I thank them so much.”
