This was my first car buying experience by myself. He was very communicative, went above and beyond with financing, helpful, pulled up all paperwork for me, spoke to me on the phone several times. Answered every question and was happy to do so. After purchasing, my husband came to look at the vehicle (he works a very demanding job so I had to do this while he was at work) I had given him the vehicle history and maintenance records Jed gave me, looked at undercarriage photos etc. He noticed a small issue under the hood. Jed got us right in there shop same day. Fixed the next day for us. We have a lot going on so that meant SO MUCH. We are VERY pleased. “I was on my way home from OBX and got a flat off of 295 out side of Richmond for 4 hours. MQM towing came to help and they towing company is a joke. Told me they can't help because my truck didn't have the tool to drop the spare tire. He left me my wife a 2 kids on the side of the road with no help after 4 hours. Then My insurance got Ron's auto. They came and saved the day. They came and got the truck and gave us all a ride back to the shop at 9 at night to fix my truck and get us back on the road home. These guys are great hard workers and I thank them so much.”
