“I'm going to give this guy a 5 star because I want this business to be efficient and always be called for towing. This tow service is a year plus back in service and despite Steve and his experience with the time of travel from galax to the spot of the drop off Marion. The details that occurred on the route delivery in which I was lucky enough to be a trainee and I don't agree with the bad review due to the time it took to pick up the vehicle and drive to the drop off. Mr Bell set his log upon exiting the parking lot of his business and the calculated time was absolutely accurate and obtained during the arrival of the lot in which the vehicle was delivered. Driving from galax to Marion and going out of route to the area the vehicle was located and proceeding to the drop off is not the same time frame as daily travel. I apologize for the unjust feeling Steve may hold,but as a passenger seat observer the Bell Automotive towing performance was accurate by the tow service procedure. In fact due to the interstate back up on the return it was actually an entire day for bell auto and the tow time was excessively over-extended. Without charge,So it was inappropriate to leave a review of personal feelings of opinions when the tow service completed the request and received very rude behavior shown upon delivery of the vehicle. This guy was just doing his job and he did not over charge nor get the right credit for the service. Bell auto towing performance was ? by the book. Please consider that the fuel and insurance to keep the truck running is expensive plus the situation of the vehicle being towed. You were given the service you requested and you were charged accordingly to the Time it took from departure to arrival no extra added. I'm sure the lady who was unable to ride along was not agreeable with the review of the business in which Steve left.Please consider the task a tow driver faces on top of the time of travel. Thank you!”

Factory transmission went out in my first Tahoe, Took it to him to be rebuilt told me that he wanted to buy this transmission off my truck if I ever sold it factory transmission didn’t make it 100,000 miles his rebuild lasted nearly 400,000 Damn truck was strong as an ox after that!!”
