“i love this store. i just recently moved and they are bending backwards for me, this store is great with working with you and working with a budget you can afford. i had no credit and now its great credit because of them, they were the only store that would actually approve me and give me a chance i only go to this store for the items i need and they don't try to charge me a "delivery fee" like the Roanoke store tried to do. this store is great and i absolutely love them.”

“We've bought our washer and our range here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They service all appliances they sell and have an on site repair person. Lowes and Home Depot don't offer that and you'll wait a week or more for Sears to come out.”
