Dr. Cope is nothing short of amazing. Not only did he help me out with my calibration, dodging a major bullet, but he also fed me spiritually as well, which was the highlight of it all!!!

“I had called 15 places between Radford and Blacksburg to come look at my car that had broken down 3 times and was about to stop running completely. Travis(I think his name is) had me come in the same day because I was in school and had just gotten the car a few months prior and he empathized with me. Him and one other spent an hour and a half diagnosing it and were able to figure out the problem and was kind enough not to charge me for the diagnosis given my
Situation. Every time since, they have let me come in almost always the same day regardless of the issues I have had. These guys know what they are doing and compared to most other places are much more affordable. All of the guys down there and Kelly are great people and I could not recommend them more?”

“Pulaski Express Lane runs like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). Thanks to a great staff, including mechanics and front folks, and an emphasis on competence and orderliness, this is a stellar business.They do state inspections as well as routine (and not so routine) maintenance. They have parts in stock. You can watch the mechanics working in the shop from a window in the waiting room if you like.I recently had brake pads and rotors replaced, spark plugs replaced, and the radiator flushed. My car is 10 years old, and I hope to keep it on the road for a lot longer. I’ve always been happy to trust the maintenance to this business.The front staff, Shannon, Regina, and Ray are so nice! They are professional and efficient, but also friendly and kind. The waiting area is immaculate, comfortable, and quiet. The vibe in there makes you glad to wait for your car to be serviced.BE AWARE they do not schedule appointments, but rather work on a first-come, first-served basis. They open at 7:30, so be there early to be first in line. Please don’t complain about having to wait. Bring something to do or have a friend pick you up. I promise no one is deliberately wasting time.I’m grateful to have Pulaski Express Lane here in Pulaski, just five minutes away. I recommend them without reservation.”
“As a child, my family and I often passed here. I was always starstruck. I LOVED seeing all the old vans. I sometimes would beg my mother to drive past it after she would pick me up from school. Now that I'm older and live across the country, oddly enough I still find myself thinking about this place. I plan on visiting at some point. The owner of this place inspired me. I now have owned multiple VWs and am on the track to get my own van. This is certainly not an eyesore. This is part of the areas history and has most likely made other people inspired, impressed or simply happy.”
