The Hispanic management, bullied, lied and treated the white warehouse staff very differently. After I ran myself to death did everything they asked for, I was taken to HR, lied on and fired with no warning, write up nothing. I was undermined by the Hispanic warehouse manager at every turn.

I am not sure who was driving one of your trucks this morning around 11am on US 460 west but he needs to be taken out of the truck. He is far from a professional. He never once used a directional light. He tailgated and sped through several towns where the speed limit was low. I have been driving trucks for 37 yesrs and I have seen anything like this

I applied here for a yard jocky job, went through the interview and also a road test, passed road test and backing up to difficult docks no problem. The interview was confusing as they didnt explain the job well as they could have. Christine told me Monday may 24th that she spoke with customer service at james hardy and she thought i wasn't fit for the job and that they would hold on to my application. The job is no experience necessary and i can't believe they are gonna judge me and not give me a chance at this job. I am well fit for the job and willing to work 12 hour night shifts, 6 days a week. I wouldve worked 7 days a week if they allowed me. Not very happy with the company Leyland King the owner i had left him two voice mails and never heard back. Someone that speaks big on his business surely doesn't do well hiring people. Also during pre trip one of the trucks failed a air leakage test. Also many of his trailers and tractors need to have the glad hand garments replaced. Mr. King excuse was that these trucks and trailers are used for the yard well that doesn't mattered there tagged and titled to be ran on the road they should be in operating condition.

Location is confusing as they have multiple buildings and the entrance and exits are not clearly marked. Look for the cattle gate! Lol

Awesome place to work. Owners and management care about their staff and treat them well. Competitive pay and excellent benefits; including dental, vision, health, paid-time off and 401k. Locally owned and operated. This is a great place for truck drivers who want to be home every night. It’s also a great place for new drivers to start their career and offers a comprehensive paid training program.
