I had a great experience working with this local shop. They were able to quickly inspect my vehicle and identify issues free of charge. Peter went out of his way to make sure I was able to repair my vehicle at the lowest possible price. I’ll be a returning customer. I would highly recommend Thompson Tire in Pulaski, VA for all of your vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

These guys are great, they got our tires in the same day we ordered them. Mounted, balanced, and aligned with a detailed vehicle inspection and oil change included...all done *way* faster than we could have expected.
Very happy with the quality and service at this location, and we'll definitely be back.

Joseph (GM) and Pete were incredibly helpful and professional. We needed a tire balance early Saturday morning before we hit the road. The techs had not arrived yet so Joseph jumped in and took care of it himself. He and Pete kept us attended to and informed the entire time. It turned out that all four tires--not purchased through them--were defective and were very difficult to balance. Joseph went above and beyond and got them squared away. Both Joseph and Pete are consummate professionals and great people.

As soon as we began speaking of services the people were so kind! They were quick and efficient. Thank goodness they managed to squeeze me in so last minute! Not to mention the purposeful attempts at helping with the pricing!! They were just great. Not going anywhere else!!

I was in need of an oil change, called Thompson Tire and within minutes they pulled my car in the garage. The gentleman at the front asked how my windshield wipers were since it was a rainy day, and honestly my wipers were due for a change themselves. Mine were loud and obnoxious. I added that to my visit and for them to add window fluid since mine were low. A big thank you to everyone there for the hospitality and extremely quick service. I was in and out in such little time!

After going through a whole horrible experience with Walmart auto center and almost losing hope that I would be able to get just one tire replaced I only needed one tire however Walmart said that I absolutely had to purchase 4 before they could help me out and I called the wonderful people here at Thompson tire discounters and they were so helpful and they got me right in and took care of everything for me and I don't have words for the wonderful people there and I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family and I will also be coming here for all of my automotive needs from here on out!!!!!
