Very poor customer service. Management is incompetent and has no desire or ability to resolve any mistakes at the register. I will never walk into another Walgreens. They will be out of business soon if they don’t change.

Spoke with pharmacy staff on behalf of a provider with a question on why a medication was not refilled. Pharmacy staff was extremely rude and had an attitude the whole time. Terrible customer service especially to someone who is just the messenger.

Went into Walgreens I transferred a a prescription from another drugstore the pharmacist was a nice young man that helped me through an insurance problem and I was able to get my prescription filled so that I wouldn't be out for the weekend.very helpful and professional I will be going back

My wife needed a Walgreens fast for her meds since we just moved close to area, friendly staff and understandable also very friendly to her situation, can't wait to go tomorrow and meet the staff.

They advertise free flu shots with most insurances. Mine is accepted everywhere but not by walgreens. Call ahead before wasting your time driving over there.

I use western union regularly. My last experience & most of them, they leave me standing 30-40min! I Don't have that kind of time. I ride the town bus. It's rude to ignore me like I don't matter! I'm a regular customer too!

I placed an order for pickup. It was within an hour of them closing, so I was expecting it to be ready the next day. Within 10 minutes I received an email and text that my order was ready for pickup! Since my payment info was already on my Walgreens account, I was in and out in no time. I was extremely happy with my experience, plus I was able to save money using My Walgreens coupons.

The pharmacy shorted a blood pressure prescription by 60 tablets. Notified them and they apologized and said remainder of meds would available at pharmacy. They didnot want to give me the pills when I went to get them. Very unprofessiona and keep finding this with pharmacies from all companies.
