Dustin was able to solve all three of my issues; home internet solution set up with a new device, pay my monthly bill for dec and purchase an extension for my work phone plus many other day to day issues i have been having using my phone.Thank you for having excellent representative who are knowledgeable and genuinelly care for the customers. My husband had a quick and successful visit to this location. They were helpful getting his phone upgraded and worked out a better plan for us. I was ready to change carriers, but thanks to this experience we’re sticking with AT&T.

I definitely give a five star rating to Shane for all his help With my phone. I was at a loss with the things that were going wrong and he was polite and patient and fixed every issue. I knew I needed a new phone and he helped me decide to finally go ahead and upgrade my phone, which I will be doing next week when my schedule permits

Very poor service the last 3 visits. All they want to do is sell. Today there was no one in the store with a number to call. When I called the tech acted like he wasn’t coming back.

Matt, the manager, told me my business had access to AT&T Internet Air, even though when I looked it up on the website, it said that my address did not have it available. He told me to bundle a new wireless phone line with Internet Air to get more savings ($90 per month for Internet ($60) and phone ($30)). I signed up, even though I was suspicious of him. After he signed everything up, that the order for Internet Air wasn't showing on my account. He said, no problem, it just takes a few days. I was even more suspicious.
It turns out I was right, Internet Air was NOT available at my address. And, it was $90 per month for the phone line alone. I didn't need another phone line, but this jerk lied to me to get me to open a new account.
It took me 4 weeks, and 4 days on the phone with ATT to unravel the problem and get what I actually needed. Incompetence on the phone, lies and bait and switch in the store. I hate AT&T, but I am stuck with it.

I was immediately greeted upon arrival at the Purcellville AT&T store. The rep was able to finally get enough of a charge on my dying battery to transfer all of my data to my newly received Samsung Galaxy s24 5G Ultra phone! I was then assisted by Gerald (who I'd spoken to the day before) with successfully transferring the data! He was very knowledgeable and professional! All 3 AT&T reps present were very professional and presented a positive work environment, making for a pleasant experience! Thank you!
