“They called me this morning to tell me they had a charge coming in that my account wouldn't cover and would I like for them to refuse the charge? I was so surprised and delighted they would do this rather than just refuse the charge and charge me an overdraft fee! I said thank you for letting me know and that I'd make a deposit today to cover it. Bank of Clarke County gives excellent service--just like a small, hometown bank. I've been banking there for over a year. They know me, they care about me, they go the extra mile to take care of me. Low/reasonable fees. Just awesome!”

I haven’t had any problems and don’t even have any positive criticism as I have nothing negative to say about this branch. (All United branches I’ve been to have been flawless nonetheless). Ive been with this bank for years; since it was still Cardinal Bank, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone!”
