Was very pleased with this pharmacy until this week. Picked up meds days ago and they only gave me a few days off f it and said they’d have the rest on Friday. Called Friday morning and they said they’d only have a few again and I’d have to come back Monday, so I go in my lunch break and now they say they don’t have any and they need to send the prescription to a different pharmacy. This is a medicine that I will be in a very bad state if I miss even a dose.Good job taking care of your customers Harris teeter! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!

So I recently applied to Harris Teeter in Purcellville, I did work for them 10yrs ago, got let from an altercation. Fast forward to now, I reapplied, they turned me down because if this altercation. My thing is why hold on to something so old, and the current manager has never seen me work, soooo they don't know how I work. Smh it's called a second chance. I just don't get it, people need people for work, but denning someone over little shxt.

Poor management. This was a great store when it opened. It has gone steadily down hill. Employee morale is low and customer service is almost nonexistent existent. Best employees have quit.

Curbside pickup is terrible. After paying $100, I couldn’t even use it for 3 months this year because they never had available times. They are constantly late past your pickup window. Always forgetting items. I got there the other day and waited 10 minutes just for the call button to be answered and then another 15 for my groceries to be brought out. So SLOW!!

I rarely shop here because, honestly, there are less expensive options. However, they sell two items that I can't find anywhere else so I have no choice. I came here yesterday, in the midst of the Covid crisis, to buy these items, and noticed that this store: 1. Provided no hand sanitizing wipes 2. Provided no cart sanitizing wipes 3. Has not made the aisles one-way causing shoppers to pass closely by each other. 4. Allows customers to stand within 6' of each other in the checkout line. 5. Has several workers without masks on (my cashier included). Luckily I was wearing a mask and the items I purchased are non-perishable. Hopefully I can hold out on returning there until after the crisis is over. One last thing, the workers there are always so unfriendly and don't make you feel welcome in their store.

The deli here is so gross. Employees are grimy and rude, it always takes 20+ minutes if there's more than one person in line, we've gotten rancid meat multiple times and they can't even stack cheese properly. I'm not a Giant fan but their deli department manages to provide edible meat without taking years off my life.

I would like to express my disappointment in the head manager of this store. He is the rudest manager I have ever come across. I asked a simple question and he looked at me and said "not my problem"and walked away.Glad Harris Teeter doesn't think their customers deserve respect.

Just wanted to say thank you to the pharmacy for helping me out with filling a prescription for my blood pressure medication seeing I forgot it in Michigan. They were able to contact my pharmacy in Michigan and obtain my insurance information. Again Thank you so much

The "Home Shop Supervisor" doesn't have any manners. How can she expect her staff to have them... The employees are constantly running their carts into folks and not saying "Excuse me". They giggle and think it's funny .. Stems from the top down. Not acceptable. It's disappointing! There are numerous poor reviews about the Home Shop Dept..... Time to clean house and start all over again with Customer Service focused folks.

I would like to give this store more stars, but I just can't. For me, this is a very convenient location. The prices- especial if you shop for sales-are decent. And they have a really good selection of different foods. What drives a two star rating is consistently long, long checkout lines. I don't care if I come in here in the morning on a Tuesday or a Friday afternoon. Plan on spending 10 to 15 minutes waiting to check out. My one suggestion (other than having more checkout lines open, obviously) would be to put more trashy magazines on each aisle. The aisle I was in today had only magazines like good housekeeping and men's health. Nothing that interests me. I want to be able to read a full issue of people magazine and learn who is marrying whom and which stars are divorcing if I have to spend this much time waiting in line.

Really bad customer service! If the cashier double charged you they won't issue a refund to your card without being in store, they will only give you a credit. Bad policy, double check all their prices are not the same as what they ring up as, also many sale items will not ring up, & check your receipt carefully before leaving. The cashiers ring up too quickly and do not pay attention.

The best, simply the best. Dallas, April, and Brigid have helped me so many times over the years. The pharmacy is the only reason that I ever go to Harris Teeter.

I prefer Giant for in store shopping. It's laid out better, roomier, and has more helpful staff. Thought I'd give the express lane at HT a try since I have a new baby. It was not express at all, and I might have been able to get my groceries within the time it took for them to get to my car and then load it. No hustle or efficiency. Not convenient! Maybe it was a one time thing, or just the employee working when I went, but it turned me off from trying again.
