“Best T-Mobile store I've ever been to. Oz was incredibly knowledgeable and solved everything for me in mere minutes. I don't often leave reviews but I've been to dozens of T-Mobiles stores over the years and this one stood out. This isn't my normal store, I live 20 miles away, but it just may be worth the trip.”

“I needed help switching from my ancient Samsung (How old? 2019) to a newer refurbished one I purchased off Amazon. I came in on a weekend. There was no wait (score!). The owner, Joe, was incredibly helpful. He worked through shifting all apps and data over, got me on a call expeditiously with Verizon for one thing that couldn't be handled in the store (because my SIM was sooooo old), and ensured everything was good to go. He gave me reputable points of contact to fix the problem with my old phone so I can hand it down to my kids. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable. I literally didn't purchase anything from this location but he was happy to help me. I really appreciate it. Very happy to have this Verizon location so close to home.”
