I love Jersey Mike’s but this location is upsetting. Came in last week and the lettuce was pink, place was dirty. I won’t be eating here anymore.

This is by far the worst Jersey Mike's I've been too and in the area. Stood at the counter for more than 5min for my order to be taken, then to be asked 2min later what I was that I had ordered......Every table is dirty.... and there are 4 employees behind the counter....Last time coming to the location.

I like this franchise, but this location isn’t living up to it. Cheese steak isn’t chopped up right, bread isn’t right… and the store feels like it needs a good scrub.

We have ordered subs here several times in the past few months and have had all good experiences. All of the employees have been friendly and helpful, but the supervisor type with the curly reddish hair really seems to be a good manager.

The food is good, but the line is painful. If there are 3 people Infront of me, it takes 15 minutes if not more.

I was one of their first customers and have been a regular for years. But I am done going here. It has really gone down hill and there is a cleanliness issue. If you go there after the lunch rush, all of the tables are dirty, the floors are dirty and all of the employees are standing around talking. Compare this to Five Guys who seem to have an employee dedicated to cleaning the table as soon as a customer leaves and keeps the floor spotless. Also, there never seems to be anyone managing the store.Another thing is portion size. There is no consistent thickness set on the slicer. Sometimes the turkey is sliced so thin it is pulverized and there is barely any meat on the subRecently they seem to no longer bake rolls for the mini. They cut the giant roll in three pieces but often not equal thirds. Yesterday I got a turkey mini that was 1/4 of a giant roll and had a skimpy amount of pulverized turkey on it and cost $7.23.Someone new needs to take over this francise.

Come on with all the online orders. 7 ppl in line and waited 17 min. Online orders holding up a already slow line for in store customers ( just about every visit). Young kids not managed very well for efficiency.

Heading out to camp in the mountains. And we stopped here for something to keep to be ready as soon as we sat up. 4 of us. 3 got turkey clubs one got a hot sub. The three os us were dreadfully sick within an hour of eating the sub. Only recommend eating hot food from this location. The friend who had the hot sub said it was great. Updated to 3 stars as they actually cared enough to respond and take feedback.

Ice machine broken. Staff failed to mention this before charging us for drinks with our sandwiches. I was served quickly. My friend had ordered a Philly cheessteak sub. They had failed to mention they were backlogged on grill orders...which basically translated into every, single patron behind us in line receiving their orders before my friend. Disappointing.

**UPDATE - Corporate reached out and is taking it seriously and addressing. Thank you JM**I’m so tired of this place. I order online because I have limited time. Nearly every single time something is wrong or it’s never ready when the app says it is ready.Today I watched about 10 people walk in the store, order, and leave before they even started my online order, then they couldn’t find it. Something must be broken with the online ordering because often it just sits on a shelf somewhere. They found the sub with no sticker, opened it to see if was mine, then handed it to me nice and room temperature. The store is run by a bunch of teenagers who could not care less and are never apologetic. Do yourself a favor and just go down a block to the deli, or across the parking lot to Harris Teeter deli. #done

I enjoy JM sandwiches a lot, there is something special about the freshly sliced meats and cheeses, and their bacon tends to be extra crispy and amazing. A lot of stores can be a little slow on the sandwich creation, and they can get bogged down when busy. I stopped by the Purcellville location yesterday during the lunch rush with three complicated orders for my teenaged daughter and her friends. I anticipated a somewhat frustrating and slow process to get all the specialty requests fulfilled, and I was in a huge time crunch. I was totally wrong in my expectation. I thought the team working was the most efficient and friendliest JM experience I've ever had. And of course the sandwiches were all built just right and tasty. Super grateful to the Purcellville crew for nailing everything down just right. From now on I'll drive out of my way to go to this store over other closer locations.

TERRIBLE!! Slow!! apparently this place is falling apart & the owners don’t care who runs the place! P’ville location needs an “ADULT” manager at all times. There were way too many “super cool “kids under 18 in there not working and fighting amongst each other.

Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss described as having mushrooms, peppers, onions & swiss. Not a single pepper or onion and, there was a piece of steak in my sandwich because my husband ordered a steak & cheese (I'm vegetarian). People with any allergies better watch out! The filling barely made a sandwich with the huge bun. Until you open the bread, you can't tell there's any filling at all. I was disappointed a long time ago when I tried this shop but, thought I'd give it another go. Even more disappointed the second time around. Definitely not worth the money.
