Please don’t say you can do a style when you can’t. Very upset with the end product, and I’m going to have them fixed elsewhere.I walked in wanting stiletto nails with a nude to black ombré. I understand ombré can be difficult, so I asked before being serviced if they could do it.They assured me they could do exactly the reference, so I took a seat. The woman servicing me wouldn’t do stilettos, I was upset but I understand, so I settled for an almond shape.Halfway through my service I noticed the nail tech was unable to do an ombré, and was only doing half black, half nude nails. She told me it’s not possible to have a black to nude ombré. I was clearly upset and settled for just black nails. Please just be honest with clients, I now need to go elsewhere to have it fixed when I could have just gone somewhere else in the first place without wasting $45Services: Nail polish changes

The women seemed to try their best. The men were rude and rushed. I spent more time waiting for my nails to dry than the total time of my pedicure and manicure service time.I gave a tip so my daughters Nail tech would get something- she was nice, patient, and good.I wouldn't have tipped ifnit were just me.My appt was at 3. I spent 15 minutes in the chair for my service - between a basic pedicure and manicure. Spent $85 after tip.

I told the staff I wanted a new set of acrylic nails more than once, but they insisted on giving me a fill instead. A day after I got them done, one had already broke off. This wouldn’t have happened if I received what I wanted originally. Not only did this happen, but the wait is outrageously long, EVEN while booking an appointment. DO NOT GO HERE.

Mary is amazing! Because she is in high demand it might take longer to get in her chair but once we’re there, she’s super quick. Recommend her mom for pedicure though.

For context, I’ve been going to NailPro regularly for about 7 months and have only ever had services from Mary and her mother (Lucy?). Mary always does my manicure, which is dip powder with nail art and glitter, and her mother typically does my (spa) pedicure. Mary does my brow wax.Mary is the absolute best I’ve found in Purcellville for dip powder. I actually appreciate her efficiency. And even though she’s fast, the quality of her work never suffers. My nails always look amazing and actually last without breaking or lifting. Before finding Mary, I had to get my nails redone every 2 weeks. Now I can go 3-4 weeks between manicures (saving $$) - and that’s really just due to regrowth. I very rarely have any lifting or breaking even after that long. She’s also very kind, doesn’t mind that I often bring my own dip powders, is super creative and talented at nail art and is always checking in to make sure I’m happy with the my services and end result. She’s never offended or rude if I ask her to change something or if I notice a mistake (like a nail shape that needs adjusted). She happily fixes it, checks in with me, and then moves on.The spa pedicure is a nice experience overall, with a hot rock massage and paraffin wax. Lucy(?) does a nice job with clean up and shaping. She checks in with me through out the process, but mostly lets me be so that I can relax with my book.My brow waxes are uneventful (as they should be ha). Mary respects my brow shape and never takes off too much. She always trims the crazy hairs and comes back through with tweezers to make sure she got everything. I’ve never had any issues with burning or lifted skin. You can almost always get in as a walk-in but you may not get the technician you want and, since they are very busy, you may have to wait for awhile. I alway make an appointment - usually 3-5 days in advance and Mary sets aside the time she needs for me. I almost never have issues with delayed appointment times etc.I’m always happy with the overall experience and love my nails when I walk out the door.Services: Manicure

This place is horrible! They took the appointment but kept me waiting 30 minutes. They flooded the floor because they weren’t paying attention. Left in wet shoes. Not worth waiting 30 minutes for a 16 minute pedicure. You’d think they’d have the hood sense to at least discount the price after all that.

This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had lol I can’t believe I didn’t go to my usual salon. They seriously put my everything they used on my feet on the ground and picked up to use it again on my feet. The paint job was horrible. She cut my skin, not my nails. God… they need to be shut down. EWService: Pedicure

I have tried to give this place a chance because it is in close proximity to my house, but today was the last straw for me. I do not know the names of the two primary ladies at the place, so I will refer to them as the daughter and the mother. The mother is so rough that I try to avoid her when I go there. Today was a slow day and she unfortunately was the only one available. From the start of the service, she was rough that I had to tell her that she was hurting me, and that she needed to take it back a notch. When she started trimming my cuticles, she was jerking and pulling so rapidly that I already knew she was going to end up hurting me before she did. She then pulled a huge chunk out of my cuticle and it began to bleed. Before giving me a chance to try to rinse it off, she slapped a cotton ball with alcohol on it & held it there, which hurt like crazy. This was after she had already dug into my nails and used the file on me like she was trying to sand away my skin too. She was indifferent to the fact that my cuticle was bleeding significantly, and just kept on going like nothing happened.. I paid and got up and left before finishing the service because I was so disappointed. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years now, and know you can get nicks from the best manicurist. However, she was excessively rough. The last time I was at the salon, I had an appointment, but it still took me nearly 2 hours to get finished. Apparently appointment times mean nothing there. I'm leaving two stars instead of just one because at the prior appointment, the daughter did a nice job once she got to me. I will be looking for another nail salon in Purcellville.

Poor. Please don’t spend your money here. The only reason I gave one star was for the tech who did my pedicure. She was an older woman and did a thorough job. The manicure was awful. That tech, Jenny, barely pushed my cuticles back, did not trim any hang nails off. No lotion. Had to have the pedicure tech remove the polish on my nails as it was old and after 30 minutes had not dried. The pedicure tech was apologetic and did not charge me for the manicure. I left with no polish whatsoever and will I guess go him to paint my nails. First time here and my last. Disappointing.Services: Manicure

I sat for 2 hours before being seen. They even started my nails to ensure that I would not leave. Charged $50 for very short nails. I left sad and in tears. Other walk-in were serviced before me, even though I had been sitting there for a very long time.Service: Acrylic nails

just not worth the money. felt very rushed, gel polish (which should last at least 1 week) came off my toes and nails within 1 week. the whole appointment i felt like the lady was in a rush and didn't care about the quality of my manicure or pedicure. i usually go to Happy Nails in leesburg, but i thought for a gel polish i could go somewhere in purcellville (where i live). def will be going back to Happy Nails. my toe gel polish lasted about a week and my finger nail gel polish didn't even last 3 days!

Okay, second round being here. This time, to gift my nana a little pamper session and the ladies at Pro Nails were so sweet! They helped her pick out a color, encouraged her to do some fun flair for the summer and made her feel good throughout the entire process. My nana doesn’t often allow us to pamper her, so the fact that she was so happy with her little designs on her nails really surprised me. We’re very happy for her and how well the treated her ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you all so much!Services: Nail art

The worst experience ever! I went there for a pedicure and took my 3 year old daughter just to paint her nails! The lady treated her HORRIBLE!!!!!! And when I said that I don’t want her to paint her nails anymore! She was soooo rude with my daughter and pull the nail divider in a bad way! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!Services: Pedicures
