After several months with no contact from Flagship, I was contacted by their District Manager, Jenny Rolon. She listened to my complaint; responded; and arranged complete reimbursement for damage done to my car. They do stand behind their mistakes and work to make the customer whole.

Its is truly amazing how much clean you get for your money and time. Interior and exterior were truly 15min total even with one of their computer systems down. So impressed with these folks! Take your car here!

If I could give this place 0 stars...i would.It's an awesome place if you wanna drop $42 (that includes a $20 tip) and then go home and clean your tires and and the bottom of the car.This place is honestly fcking awful.

I went for the first time and was very pleased with the assistance, they cleaned my car well and I would recommend them to friends and family anytime! The manager Alejandro was always attentive and dedicated to making sure my vehicle was fine and even let me check my car before leaving to make sure everything was fine. I will definitely be going back soon!

They deserve 5 stars for their service: when I arrived at the store the cashier was friendly and explained the different washing options well. My car was full of mud and they solved it with the pressure washer. the interior very clean and fast. the car came out like newServices: Auto detailing

Purchased their Ultimate membership for unlimited visits. After four visits the front windshield molding and trim deteriorated, tore, and disappeared. Noticed this after fourth visit while driving when trim started flapping against windshield. Took car to dealer for repair which cost $850+. Dealer confirmed repair was typical of car wash damage. Contacted Flagship Headquarters who referred me back to Purcellville Flagship to make claim. After discussing with on site manager in Purcellville I was told they are not liable even though others have had the similar complaints.Cancelled my membership immediately and recommend others steer clear of Flagship Car Wash locations. They do not stand behind their work or offer to pay for their mistakes.

“In 15 mins or less” always turns into 45- a hour…… for bad work. Paid $44 dollars for them to clean the outside and inside. Pictures speaks for themselves.

As I stated in my first review, I really liked this car wash before they made the change to go full service. This tipping thing has gotten out of hand (everywhere). At car washes I have gone to in the past, the dryer usually does a decent job of getting most of the water off of the vehicle. Here, I pull out and my car is still covered in water. Yes, there are staff here to wipe down your car. This is where the tip thing comes in to the discussion. Depending on the day, there might be 1 person wiping down cars or sometimes 5. None the less, I expect my car to be dry after this wipe down. Especially, since I have someone standing at my window (waiting for a tip), staring at me, with a thumbs up. Really? I can still see water all over my windows and mirrors because the rags were already too wet. Tip? For what? I used to drive away and not stop for the wipe down but after spending $14. For some reason, I felt guilty. Not any more. I don't think I should have to pull away and dry more own car.

What a scam this place is. We signed up for their monthly detail service. Unfortunately our car was in an accident and we weren't able to use it. I went up to cancel in person before it renewed this month. The guy I spoke to took my name and phone number down and told me the manager would call me to complete the cancellation. Fast forward a week....no call from Flagship and another monthly charge. I did an online chat and was able to cancel but the agent told me they wouldn't refund the new charge. Stay far away from this dishonest business.

Got the discount monthly package for the top of the line wash and detail and used it 3 times this month. Everyone there very friendly and hard working. Saw an employee helping a mother with 4 kids take out the car seats and escort them to the waiting area and he was very friendly to the family. No complaints. Due to the negligence of their staff at the Purcellville VA location who didn’t wrap or tape down my back windshield wiper like they’re supposed to and do at their other locations it ripped completely off into pieces without my knowledge in the tunnel. I wasn’t aware until they started wiping down my car and asked me if my back windshield wiper was like that when I entered the car wash which in fact it was not. They had to stop the car wash after that and found a few of the pieces in the tunnel and tried to put back on which was unsuccessful. I was furious . Beyond furious. And apparently all the manager could do was give me a free car wash… Well $208 dollars later I got it replaced. Because it wasn’t just the blade that came off. Oh no… It was the motor, spring, arm, blade, aka entire back windshield mechanism that came off and all that was left was the nub with the screw…But because their workers didn’t wrap it or tape it down like they’re supposed to my rear wiper and mechanism was completely ripped off!!! But according to the manager at the Purcellville VA location they aren’t responsible. However you are responsible because your employees didn’t wrap or tape down my rear wipe blade when they should have. I have reached out to flagship multiple times and even included the pictures and repair bill and haven’t heard anything back and it’s been a month. I have several videos out on social media along with pictures and explanation of what has happened with them and tagged and still nothing. I understand they have signs posted for not being responsible for damage on certain items but my vehicle damage was caused by the negligence of their employees at this specific location. I’d appreciate if someone from flagship corporate would reach out to me now that it’s been about over a month now and I’d like to be reimbursed my $208. If not I plan to take this to small claims court.
