My son bought a car from here in August. Still hasn’t received the TITLE so cannot register his car for the tags/license. They also did not clarify about the key needed to take the tires off of the car. Horrible run around

Kent saved our bacon after a terrible experience with another dealership. We drove 9 hours to look at a car that turned out to be a dud. However, we went about half an hour down the road and Kent had the same car but with 20k less miles, a year newer, and for about 2 grand cheaper. We purchased the car within the hour and had a great experience. We then drove the car over 400 miles through hilly terrain and it ran like a dream with no issues, so it’s safe to say that we made a great choice in buying from Purcellville Motors.

I bought a used vehicle recently and it’s been running well. Dealer is personable, transparent, and caring. A very respectable gentleman and has good business ethics. Thank you all at Purcellville Motors

Sold my mother in law a Nissan Quest.Boy oh boy did they get one over on her.First off the car was sold with black oil and about 2 quarts low. Sadly she wasn’t any wiser to check this herself.Carfax showed exhaust damage and they assured her it was fixed and passed inspection.. well they must do their own inspections because 2,000 miles after driving the car it developed a major misfire.Replaced plugged, coils, and all vacuum lines ourselves (owned the car 3 weeks)After farther investigating, turned out they had drilled holes in the exhaust post the catalytic converter to help the clogged cat breathe..Ended up needing an entire new exhaust and catalytic converters were completely clogged. How did they get clogged? The PCV system was never ever serviced causing the car to consume major amounts of oil in the intake. For 5k they sold a mother of 4 a lemon with a smile on their face.Timing chain slaps harder than a stepdad. This car was obviously bought for Pennie’s and sold at KBB top value. She drove 2 HOURS to get this car.Stay clear away.I have receipts and photos and anymore evidence needed to prove all the above.

This is the first dealership that I've been to that didn't pressure us in to buying a vehicle. They were friendly and helpful. We ended up purchasing a truck from them and we love it. We will definitely go there again for our next vehicle. Top notch people.

Decent fair pricing honest upfront dealing. But trying to get your tags is a different story it shouldn't take four sets of temps to get your tags and not on the DMV !!

Car had almost 2000 miles more than advertised. Wouldn't let my husband read what he (the dealer) was clicking my husband's signature on. Day 6 of owning it and come to find out they cleared major codes including 2 transmission codes AND a code for the oil pump which was leaking prior to us purchasing. Called to get it straight... They ignored us and never returned a call even with their "powertrain warranty". They knew what they did. Now we have to go through the loan company's fraud department. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!! DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!

Bought another car from Purcellville Motors. Both have been my kids buying their first cars, so getting something in good shape is very important to me. When looking at a car on the lot we noticed a car they had just gotten in that was being serviced. It only had 71K miles on it, and as a Hyundai it would still be under warranty for the original owner. We drove it and really liked it, but it had some issues. We were not in a rush, so with Kent's agreement to fix the issues we identified, we made a down payment and agreed to let him have the time he needed to get things fixed. He spent a lot of time/effort on it and got it in great shape. And we had the warranty, and no "dealer processing fee." Great price. You really should check these guys out. I understand people may have had a bad experience with a car, but I can't see PM treating a customer with less than their best effort to make things right. It's a used car, and, unlike almost every other used car dealer, PM offers a warranty for 30 days. And would let you take to a place to get inspected. If you know nothing about cars and are not going to put in the effort to make sure the car is in good shape, then you shouldn't buy a used car. If you are buying a used car, this is a good place to look. Good people, good prices, and good business practices.

In March 8, 2021 I had an accident with my 2004 Ford SUV. I had some work done on the brakes, but a day after picking it up at the repair shop, the the pedal plunged to the floorboard and I lost control and crashed into a fence and tree. The accident totaled it, but I was protected from injury when the air bags inflated.Fortunately I found a replacement vehicle 8 days later by searching the internet. Luckily Purcellville Motors had the same year, make and model as the one I totaled! The vehicle had no signs of wear, inside & out... and it had 92,076 less miles on the odometer. I received great service from the dealership!... and felt like I was driving a new car when I drove it home 2 days later. Kent was very helpful in the purchasing process. I am a very satisfied customer!

We worked with Kent to purchase a used minivan last week. It runs great. He completed all of the paperwork in-house and we were out of there quick and easy. Best car buying experience ever! Highly recommend!

My wife bought a Volkswagen EOS last summer (2020). There were some issues while test driving the car for a weekend but Kent stated the car was previously owned by a VW mechanic and the problems were minor. With only 50k miles, we regretfully decided to purchase the vehicle for app 8k. After putting less than 5k miles miles on the car, the convertible top is inoperable and the local VW dealership says we need a new transmission. Total cost to repair the car is almost nine thousand dollars. Yes, its a used car and that's the chance you take. What bothers me is that Kent really sold us on how well the car had been maintained by the VW mechanic. Our local VW dealership stated that the problems had been present for quite some time.

Kent was hands down the best car dealer I've ever encountered! Amazing price on a great vehicle! Very accommodating and inviting atmosphere. He was just the easiest to work with and upfront with everything. He has just made a customer for life! We drove 2 hours to his lot and will be driving there again for our next vehicle! Thank you Kent!
