We've been coming here since they opened. They are A LOT busier now and could use a larger space, they are still way better than Walgreens. Two tips. 1) Take advantage of their free delivery service. This saves hassle of standing in line, etc. 2) Use email and text to avoid phone calls. They are good on the phone, but medication names and insurance is a pain on a good day, sometimes just typing the basics helps.

The staff is always has a big smile on their faces as you walk through the door. Always helpful in answering any questions you may have. The prices are always reasonable and they have some neat little knickknacks around. It’s very nice going into a store where everyone is so nice and friendly and calls you by name.

Waited 45 minutes to be told that their online scheduling system for appointments to get shots for CVOID must have a glitch. Waited 30 minutes to find out they would not be able to give me and my family the booster. Then when we tried to get the flu shot at the least, they can't figure out the insurance for a service member (tons of those around here) in order to give the shot to the family member dependents. Was snapped at that they didn't have time to figure it out now....after we came in, wasted our evening waiting for them to help us, all while watching them help every other new customer coming in and passing in front of us. This is the great customer service and caring they have for the local community and service members in the area. I would avoid this pharmacy and go to any of the others in the area...so much for small business being better than the corporate stores like CVS. We tried to support our community and they acted like we didn't matter.

Had a SNAFU with a package delivered here and the staff was so friendly and helped me get it fixed (not their fault in the first place at all). I plan to go here for all my pharmacy needs going forward.

I was trying to get a prescription filled and this is the worst pharmacy. I have talk to over the phone first. Duval left me on hold for 10 minutes just to tell me they can't tell me if they have the medicine in stock because my doctor is too far away so, I agree with the other posts I have read that these are rude, narcissistic crazy people who will resume the ever business due to their attitudes and treating their customers like drug addicts

I just moved to Leesburg from Michigan. I take a controlled medication and usually have to call multiple pharmacies every month to find one that has the drug in stock. I called the Purcellville Pharmacy and the woman who answered told me that they did have the medication. When I arrived, there was a line of people in this very small venue. I waited while they again checked to see if the medication was in stock. After about 10 minutes, the pharmacist came out to the front, called my name, and began to loudly proclaim that she could not find my doctor in her database, and therefore would not fill the prescription, and furthermore was not in the habit of filling prescriptions for (name of medication) for people who did not live in the area. I was shocked. Not only did she berate me in front of strangers, but she shared my health information to everyone in the pharmacy at that time. Clear violation of HIPAA! If you use this pharmacy, you can bet your health information is not safe.

Might not look fancy or carry a lot, but they're great when it comes to medications! Customer service is phenomenal.

I had high hopes for this pharmacy due to Walgreens being so crowded and inefficient. The reality is that they do not have adequate systems to handle the inflow of customers they have received. Not enough people working the counter, no way to apply a paymnet method for an enire family vs. an individual, and poor records. i tried to have a prescription that I verified they received to a different pharmacy and when the new pharmacy called to transfer they said they had nothing on file. Pville pharmacy verified they had it the prior week! Oh and to top it off, their phones are not working today apparently. I'm out

The staff and the pharmacists have been so helpful over the last week in trying to get a prescription filled that Walgreens couldn't fill nor cared enough to try. I definitely got the personalized service from them that I would never have received anywhere else. Thank you Purcellville Pharmacy!

I've been a customer for about 10 mins, but I am already leaving this review because they blew me away since in stepped in the door. This place is awesome and I wish I knew it was here. Walgreens has been horrible the past few months, and couldn't help me with a recent prescription. I had the doctor transfer to the pville pharmacy and stopped by 4 mins later. They were already working on my order, already set me up from the doctor's office info and I was out in less than 10 mins. Unreal. I'm switching all the kids and the fam over to this pharmacy asap!
