Don't know what to say other than that I showed a woman a coupon I had as soon as I started ordering, and she said she would apply it. Then when I got up to the register the SAME WOMAN refused to apply the exact same coupon. It's just kind of astonishing but at the same time on par for this place, not the first time I've had problems. It's like they're trying to piss you off.

I normally just order ahead when I go here because they can get quite busy. The staff is always so friendly despite how busy they can get. They always remind me to grab my chips! I'd have forgotten if it weren't for them. They always also make sure to ask if I need anything else. The sandwiches are always spot on, too! I normally just go for the tuna.

Just picked up my sub, even confirmed with the lady that the sub contained the spicy peppers I requested since they don’t put it on their website, she said they were there. Not there. Special instructions were even circled. I wouldn’t be wasting my time complaining about this if it was the first time. It is literally every single time hence me waiting to ask if my online order contains the simple special request. So ridiculous. Why even circle it if you don’t even do it.

You will never go wrong with Subway. In my opinion, they still offer the best subs at a reasonable price. Also, the guy who works here was very polite and efficient.

Honestly every single time I order delivery or pickup this location can never seem to get exactly what I ordered every time I get a sandwich there is Little to no toppings at all I always seem to get the wrong bread and anytime I try to correct this mistake they never seem to answer the phone or mangers aren't in ,I've sent in several email complaints to their offices I tried getting my refund or a refund 3 to 4 times in person, there is a clear language barrier but that does not excuse them to not answer the phone, yet I still keep coming back because I love subway, they never can get it correct and anytime it is correct it's if I walk-in and order, This purcellville location needs some serious reconstruction I always double check and check after say what I ordered and my name but clearly isn't it

Used to be my go to for a sub in town, but that was a long long time ago. Thought I’d give it another shot. For some reason here the evening staff was a little rude, kind of the hey what do you want we leave soon attitude. Didn’t really listen to order or talk to me at all. Decided not to eat the sandwich. Rough experience.
