“The staff is polite and helpful, the place is clean and well-organized, and it's all for a good cause. They have a good variety of items. Also, they have a rewards program and sometimes have silent auctions for unique or collectible items. The whole store is very reasonably priced. Drop off process for donations is easy as well. Plus if you can't bring the item to donate, like a large piece of furniture, you can schedule with someone to come pick it up.
I like supporting them and would encourage people to buy or donate here before donating to, say, a larger secondhand chain like goodwill.”
