Walked in with my hands full and my young daughter in tow, the store was completely empty. Person behind the counter says “You can use self-service.” Me: “No, I would prefer for you to help, I always manage to make a mistake.” “Here, I’ll show you.” Sir. If I wanted to do it by myself, I would have. I do not need you to mansplain something to me. I need a person who knows how this works, to make sure all packages are processed properly. Took my packages elsewhere and will never return. There are better UPS Stores and is worth the drive to have responsible, attentive customer service.

Excellent customer service. Was dreading shipping multiple boxes to multiple locations but the staff made it very easy. Everything arrived safely as promised and on time! Highly recommend!

When in with two documents. Both documents had a label created that were pre paid and option for an envelope was selected, Paid 38$ per label, the store wanted to charge 4$ more per envelope. No help they told me to either buy or their envelope or get out. No attempt to scan the label. Every UPS store has always scan it and provided envelope.
No explanation just more money.. Avoid at all cost.

I usually have good experience at this store but yesterday was way off. First, one of their big brown trucks was parked in the handicap parking spot making it nearly impossible for me as a disabled person to get into the store. When I finally found someone to assist me getting in with my packages, after waiting in line for my turn, the cashier took care of one of 2 of my transactions but before completing my second transaction, she called the next 2 customers then became confused and couldn’t complete my second transaction. One customer at a time should be the rule. And no trucks in handicap spots

VERY busy and very expensive to ship box from Virginia to Texas. I should have gone to the post office. Lesson learned.

I would like to thank Nahla (and Dominic) for their professionalism and support during this busy Holiday shipping time. I shipped a large amount of items and entrusted this store, as I always do.
Things do not always go as planned, but I could not have asked for a better response then what I received. Nahla continued to check, track, and use all her resources to remediate the issue, while keeping in touch with me.
In the the end, all packages arrived safely. I would recommend this store and I would feel confident with what you are shipping.
Again, I am thankful (and grateful) for the customer service I received.

Love the easy speed that comes with their self-service area for my simple drop-offs or returns. Let's me not feel rushed when I really need time and help to ship and have the staff pack breakable items. Friendly and Supportive!!!

Even if there is no line they can't be bothered to scan a ready to ship package and are completely rude and dismissive....no customer service, this is a do it yourself and don't dare ask any questions unless you want your head bitten off type of location

This was emergency medical equipment for overnight rush for our gradson and Gavin went the 10th mile! This is efficiency with compaassion..as he advised starting when I called prior to closure.

I just moved to the area and I have been in this store 3 times. 2 out of the three visits, I experienced extremely rude employees. Upon my third visit I walked in and found the store void of customers and it appeared all employees were standing around visiting. No one acknowledged me and so when I made eye contact with one of the employees I asked if he was ready. His response was, “Ready for what?”. To which, I replied, “I have an Amazon return” and I showed him the email from Amazon. “No I am not!” was the response I got as he pointed to my phone to show me that it was my responsibility to package the return. My mistake. I will package my return and I will find another UPS store to patronize. Where I come from, customers are valued.

Just stopped in here to drop Amazon packages and mail something out. I really appreciated the woman helping out myself and my mother, she was so kind and courteous despite the rush. The Amazon kiosks are also a great idea as well, it's the first time I've come across them. A little bit of a learning curve, but they had directions posted and, again, the woman assisting us was so helpful in getting us started. Would consider making this our go-to UPS location based on our experience.
