Beware from this branch’s employees because they are not fully educated and trained. Due to their mistake, I lost so much money and top management didn’t even try to correct their mistake. Never ever recommend this bank.

I had a positive experience with Wells Fargo Bank in Purcellville, and I would like to specifically commend Maria for her outstanding assistance. The entire staff at this branch is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Maria’s dedication to customer service made my banking visits particularly pleasant and efficient. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the team at this branch, especially Maria. Highly recommended!

Maria, teller at this location, needs significant customer service training. I came with a very simple transaction that I have otherwise never had any issues performing, and I was told very rudely that she would be unable to complete the the task- until the teller next to her corrected her, and notified her she could easily, and frankly looked shocked at her behavior. I will avoid this branch in the future, and will encourage my friends and family to do the same.

Sent an employee to cash his check at Wells Fargo Bank. The bank said they didn't have enough money at the bank to cash his check on Friday afternoon.Plenty of funds in the account. I find that impossible to believe. He is of Hispanic decent. My only conclusion is that they racially discrimated against him! I know as a white American ,they would of cashed the check for me. Racist bank!!

This bank has been the most exasperating bank to deal with, it wasn't a bank we chose; my dad had an account there and we had a POA (Power of Attorney) for my dad on file with the bank and yet EVERY TIME we went to do something with his account they would have to see the ORIGINAL POA, even though they had made a copy and had it on file!! It was just infuriating to deal with them, we finally gave up and shut the account down.

They are very nice at this branch when you go there but they absolutely will not return phone messages left on their voice mail. This goes all the way up to the manager. If you want something done or a question answered, you have to actually go into the branch. Not good customer service; however some of the tellers there are very nice.

I do not recommend this Purcellville branch at all. I do enjoy banking with Wells Fargo as a whole, but this location is not like the other branches that I've been to whatsoever. They have terrible customer service. They talked down to me. They acted as if they did not want my business. If you bank with them and live in the area, I highly recommend visiting either the Winchester or Leesburg locations, so you don't have to go through the same experience that I had there.
