The workers in the Firestone on Quantico are very professional and provided great customer service. The representative at the front desk gave me options and prices of different types of tires that fit my vehicle(run flat and non run flat) and I scheduled the service.I made the decision for non run flat and the mechanics replaced all four tires on my Mercedes-Benz C300 2018 for 1K dollars. Saved $500 hundred dollars because the Mercedes-Benz dealership would have charged an estimate of $1500 easily. The service took about two hours based on the work load they had that afternoon. Overall, Great place if you have access to Quantico base.

Overpriced and below average service. Firestone is normally pretty good, just not this one...IMO

Decent Firestone location. It is extremely convenient being on the base and able to drop off vehicles before going to work. Alliviates the need to sit around and wait for your vehicle. The staff has always been courteous.

Fit me in and was out the door in less than an hour! Great place to get tire work done. Honest, quick, and well priced. Will go back if I need service again.

Scheduled an appt to purchase and install 4 tires only to learn that the tires were not available upon arrival and if they were, the compressor was not working when I arrived. Firestone advertises that someone will call if there are issues with scheduling or product availability. Not one call. Time and resources wasted in holiday traffic. Poor business management.

Went to get brakes serviced. Quoted $1100 for brakes being “extremely” low, brake fluid leaking, and brake drum worn down. After leaving for a second opinion I asked them to check my brakes and other issue previously mentioned and after they were done they said everything was fine and didn’t need to get replaced right now I asked to look and saw my brakes had half life left. The problem was my transmission leaking which is a $250 seal to include labor. They are scammers and liars. I’m highly disappointed especially because they are on a military base and there’s a lot of junior enlisted here. DO AND BE BETTER!!Service: Brake service & repair

i brought my truck in to have snow tires mounted, they told me that my lug nuts were too tight and would have to be replaced. They then tried to charge me $500 for labor and new lug nuts. I told them to just take the lugs off and if there was damage i would bring them new parts. When i went the next day to pick it up they had already installed new lugs that it didn’t need. I had to tell them to take them off and re install the perfectly fine original ones. they still charged me 130 for unneeded labor. dishonest, slow, and completely ridiculous, do not under any circumstances bring your vehicle here.Service: Tires

I would HIGHLY recommend you not use this location for anything more than a simple oil change or battery replacement. Even then, I would use caution and would thoroughly check their work after they are done. Long story short, I took my car in for brake service and a brake fluid exchange. When I dropped the car off, it did not have the brake light on. When I picked it up after the service was completed, the light was on. I took it back over the next few days to which they informed me that the issue I was having was because the car was old (04 Chevy Malibu 255K miles) even though I have had numerous brake fluid exchanges completed with no issues until now. I received a second opinion from a different auto shop nearby and they specifically annotated that the issue was likely due to the brake fluid being drained too low causing the sensor to get stuck and even they couldn’t get it out and now it has to be completed replaced. I spent over $500 getting work done at this location just to have to spend an additional $1500 to have what they messed up fixed. Hence my earlier recommendation. Beware….Services: Brakes

The service here is so so, a few times my tires havnt gotten the care I've came to expect from firestone, normally I have to remind them to place the valve stem on. The employee dana needs to find a new job or get some type of customer service training. He's brash and rude and doesn't belong interacting with people. It's a firestone so I expect a certain amount of service when I'm paying a premium price for a name brand.

I gave two stars because I picked my car up and it smells like cigarette or cigar smoke inside and I don't smoke. It's gross and my seats smell.

This staff went above and beyond. It was 4:30 and I was stranded with a completely flat tire, another about to blow ... and a 3+ hour drive ahead of me. The mechanic squeezed me in, replaced 3 tires (all they had), fixed my alignment and got me on the road safely. I can't thank them enough.

Timely service but have to double check over the work that's completed. Went in for an alignment and track bar was adjusted in addition to the tie rods. The track bar specs were already set and there was no reason to adjust this. No one told me, I thought the axle looked off center, went under and sure enough, the track bar had been adjusted.Mistakes happen, but it would have been helpful if this had been communicated directly vs me discovering on my own.

I made an appointment for 10:00, Saturday morning. I drove almost an hour and half from Pax River Maryland to Quantico Base. I turned my keys into the shop a little before 09:30 that morning. He said his mechanic wouldn't be in until 10:00 but he would start it earlier if he came in earlier. I walked to the quick mart for coffee.....then down to S & G's for breakfast. I walked back to the shop a little after 11:30 and saw my car still in the same position I left it in the parking lot. When I entered the shop...the guy looked at me like he never saw me before. I explained I had an appointment for my vehicle at 10:00 to get tires replaced, balanced and a front alignment. He said he had 2 customers ahead of me before they could get to my vehicle. I would have complained but their were people in the waiting room, including small children so I refrained. I politely asked for my keys and walked out the door. My observation walking up to the building is that it looked really ruin down and they were performing maintenance and changing tires out side the shop in a drive way. I wasn't impressed and I'll never use Firestone again.
