Our taxes were prepared by Bui. Less than a week later we were sent a letter from the state of Va stating we owe $1000. We went to another tax professional to take a second look and our taxes were prepared completely wrong. My husband and I asked questions the entire time and were made to feel like we were idiots for asking questions. Now that our taxes are fixed, not only do we not owe the state we are actually getting back what we kept suggesting our return should be.

I would not recommend this place for folks who want to get the most out of their tax return. Honesty and integrity are critical factors when we choose people to help with our family finances. It was clear to me and my wife that this office cared more about how much they could get out of us rather than getting us the best deal possible. Use with caution.

Darnice Williams professional and knowledgeable preparation of my tax return was without stress or worry. Although extremely knowledgeable, Ms. Williams always knew the appropriate reference to back up her advice and answer any concerns/questions I had during the preparation of my return.

We waited for 2 weeks straight. They cancel my appointment because of the snow which I did not mind because it was rescheduled. But Amanda called the day before my appointment to confirm which I did confirm when I got there Amanda had my appointment cancel saying she spoke to a man that cancel my appointment. I am a female and My husband has been out of town so he definitely did not call. I showed proof of my appointment but Amanda said she can not do my taxes because she has that I cancel my appointment which I do not. This was so unprofessional. If she messed up then that’s okay but she needs to admit that. When I asked to speak with a manager she told me to call at noon but noon is there lunch break.
