Exceptional service! I stopped by to get a patch sewed on and it looks fabulous! Even though the cleaners was full of business they were able to get me in and out in a few minutes! A happy customer!

They charged half of what every other tailor charged to replace a zipper in Jeans. It was easy in one day. Very friendly.

The woman who owns the place and does the alterations is so nice and does great work. She also does it so fast. I walked in on Saturday, not realizing she was closed but working on next weeks items, and she still did my sons alterations. She also always gets my trouser length correct, although I have an awkward body shape. Amazing place!

Great tailor with extremely fast turn around and quality work. $15 for sew on name & rank on a cap & 1 sew on rank for a utility top seems a bit high, but the work was excellent (not canted like I've had done on other bases before) and it was ready for pickup within 24 hours.

Always great quality work for excellent prices, and fast. I will always come here while in Quantico for my alterations and dry cleaning. (Don't be distracted by the entrance, they will take excellent care of your uniforms.)

I'm very saddened and upset to write this review but I spent over two hours driving there and back twice to drop off and pick up 7 dresses to be hemmed into shirts for $168 that she had me prepay for and it wasn't done (2 out of the 7 were ok) but I didnt the notice til I was home because she would not allow me to try on the shirts to make sure everything was ok, which was odd. She even sounded irate when I asked over the phone before coming out. Kindof yelling at me saying she "already measured my body". That should have been my warning but she had me prepay when I dropped off the clothes so it is what it is . 5 of the shirts are at least 3 inches longer then they were pinned including one dress looked like it wasn't hemmed whatsoever and still looks really long on me. Also I found 2 or 3 shirts that have a slip underneath, the slips were hemmed 2 inches shorter than the shirts and it just looks weird (the end of the slips were even/flush with the other material prior to going there) What's sad on top of everything, I had to leave and lock my car and came back and she grabbed the tip jar cover with her hands as If I came in to steal her tip jar Money. I just paid $168 for her to hem clothes and yelled out I had to go lock my car before I came back in. Why would I steal a couple dollars from a tip jar? Before I tried on the clothes at home, I thought I would call her and ask to tip her $50 over the phone with my credit card, but after trying on the clothes I'm extremely saddened, upset and disappointed that she would do this to a customer that just paid almost $200 and I had to deal with driving through the military crossing which I never want to do again. Very disheartening and extremely upset and disappointed in how I was treated poorly and taken advantage of. Originally I was hoping to post "wow great turn around time, great prices and work" but sadly she scammed me. I guess I was an easy target because I was from out of town, not military and she made me prepay. Buyer beware
