Some staff need retraining or removal. I can get over the long wait in a short line but I can't get over how rude the older woman making the sandwiches was. I asked her a question about my sandwich and immediately she got defensive and loud stating that the directions for making the sandwiches were right in front of her instead of just answering my question. Once we sat down to ate, I really noticed that there is no way my sandwich (Titan Turkey) was made as advertised. Weird, rude demeanor and unacceptable customer service. At least the ingredients were still fresh.

I ordered two subs with no onions on the app (due to an onion allergy) and the manager said there was nothing he could do for me, I asked if I could bring the subs back and get two made without onions and he said they were unable to accommodate my request.Food is normally amazing just this issue feels like it was handled improperly by the manager as of 07/18/2023.TL;DR app issue resulted in $30 worth of subs I can't eat due to an allergy, manager wouldn't make new subs without onions and said there was nothing he could do.Dietary restrictions: They did not accommodate an onion allergy and refused to remake the subs or refund me for the inedible food.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I love how Lorraine will always notice me and remember my order. Feels nice to have such amazing customer service and to be welcomed. Thank god manager Cherlyn and Wendy are gone worst customer service ever, best decision to finally get rid of them. Keep up with the amazing job you’re doing Lorraine!!

Just your run of the mill Subway location. The food is decent and while one of the staff members has a bit of a personality you just need to be friendly to them.

It seems VERY important to the server lady, just exactly , where you stand when giving your order. Whether your voice carries or whether you are trying to read the menu ...no matter... You must stand where she wants to give your request of your sandwich. Sorry, I won't play that game. Took my business elsewhere . Sale lost all over 5 inches distance ! Bye.

The younger guys/gals that work here are great its just that old lady who gets mad any time she has to do her job that i think is the reason this place has such low reviews (william and other other 2 guys that were working when i ordered my sandwich were great)

employee needed more training, did not know certain items to complete our order and we also watched as his coworker use the same gloves to exchange trays and to make sandwiches.

Worst part of this place, is Lorraine. We asked for our sandwiches in the "pro" and this old bat pulls her mask down and glares at us and says, "why would you order something that you have no idea what it is!" Funny, cuz that information is on the menu behind her and I can read, clearly she cannot.

I don't love Subway to begin with, but with the lack of options Subway is the go to here. With that being said, I honestly have no complaints and am actually pretty impressed with the service the few times I've been here.

This subway is absolutely horrible. My mom asked for an Italian BMT and what they gave her was a sub with two slices of bacon and a bunch of vegetables. The workers need to be retrained or replaced because if you can't learn the basic menu items you shouldn't even be working in food service. This is disappointing for being a food chain on a military base.

I go here everyday from work for my lunch break to try and lose weight on the Subway diet but it seems the workers don't like working there and also need to work on their customer service skills and tact and be a bit more patient when taking orders.

The place was dirty and the vegetables looked extremely old... and plus Andrew wants to be rude and seem like everyone and everything is annoying him. He just wants to move slow and act like a bratty child. Not coming here again
