“Love the selection and most of the staff are wonderful. There is one employee that always asks if I can keep my toddlers outside of the store but allows other customers to bring their toddlers in. Unsure as to why but I don’t think I’ll be going back for a bit”

“Decent experience - one of the lady employees was extremely helpful and courteous to finding books and making recommendations - although the check out guy could have been more courteous and friendly - BAM faces a huge challenge for survival given competition online and from Barnes & Nobles, many BAM locations are closing - book selection wasn’t as good May be given the space they gave but overall decent experience - will give them a try one more time to see consistency hence a four star for now but subject to change.”

“Went back for the 1st time in years. I was a little insecure because I am a grown woman with no kids. But there was no judgment, only kindness. The magic from my childhood was still there. I've been back 3 times in last couple months to get the Animal Crossing bears. Everyone was always so nice.Great for kids and adults!”
