“The arrangement I ordered my wife for Mother’s Day is beautiful. But that’s not the most important part of my experience. I ordered online and selected “pick up”. I didn’t pay attention to the hours and when I showed up the Saturday before Mother’s Day at 2:00, my heart dropped. I had messed up big time. I went to the door and I saw movement in the back. One of the workers came to the door, informed me they were closed, but asked how she could help. I explained I was there for a pick up. She ushered me inside and went to get the arrangement, but it wasn’t there. One of the other workers walked out from the back and informed me she had it put on the delivery truck because she didn’t want my wife to miss her Mother’s Day flowers. I am still in awe. This just isn’t kindness I see everyday. On top of everything they refused my offer to pay the delivery fee. They made a lifetime customer out of me. Thanks for saving Mother’s Day New Kent Floral.”
