I want extend my gratitude to the Staff and especially to the Store Manager Josh at the Quinton Verizon Store. I made a huge mistake 😕 switching to Att at Bjs Mechanicsville Va. ATT Reps at Bj not properly trained. Wasted at least hours of both mine and Verizon to correct ATT mess. So relieved Josh took his time with me tonight to resolve all the issues! Now I can celebrate my Birthday tomorrow with a peace of mind. Again thanks to the Staff at Verizon!

Do not go into the Quinton Verizon store. They have no idea what they are doing and they took advantage of my father. They talked my father who is 72 into buying an expensive phone, which he won't know how to use, and expensive accessories that were not needed. Who pays $70.00 for a screen protector? When they switched his phone over they accidentally activated the new phone to my mom's number. How this happened who knows but the kicker is they didn't realize they did that. He left the store and tried to use the phone and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working and my mom couldn't figure out why she couldn't use her phone. He had to drive back to the location and spent 3 more hours there with the sales person disappearing into the back and they still couldn't fix it. He had to drive to the Mechanicsville store to have them fix it. Never, never going back to that store again and everyone else should avoid this store as well.

Josh helped me get through the biggest mess I’ve ever had on a billing and interrupted service issue that was caused by Verizon and help me restore my service. I recommend them with five stars and in Josh‘s is maybe six stars.

Josh was incredibly helpful to my husband and I. He spent an hour and a half with us making sure everything was done correctly and helping us make sure we were getting the best value with our plan. He really went above and beyond!

Cheyenne was so helpful and really had our backs getting our family plan together, upgrading phones and switching lines over from another service plan (even though corporate made it stressful! She handled the stressful parts for us.) 10/10 recommend making an appointment with her for whatever you need!

They did not stick with the budget that was agreed to. Told to wait until promotions kick in. Store did not apply promotions correctly and this took a couple hours on the phone with Verizon to fix. Did not have the permission to port our phone numbers, as told by the store this was completed before we left. Literally 6 hours on phone with Verizon to get phone numbers ported. They do not return phone calls and could never explain the bill clearly. Plan changed, unknowing to us, after numbers were ported. Way too much frustration, confusion and our time spent for cell service. Lack of consideration. We will pay off devices soon enough and use a different service.

Cheyenne and Shawn did a wonderful job at setting up my new Galaxy S24 Ultra! Extremely pleased with service and will be revisiting. 10/10 Customer service!
