“I was on a road trip, and when I stopped for gas I noticed that the side of my tire had a large split in it. I called around to several tire shops in the area, but on the day before a holiday most had closed already. Thompson Tire in Radford answered the call, agreeing to stay open until I could get there. My car has run-flats and they didn't have any in stock, but they did have standard tires that fit and would allow me to finish the rest of my trip home. I was in and out of the shop in just over thirty minutes. They are incredibly helpful and honest, not trying to overcharge me and helping me solve the problem to get home. I'd give more stars if I was able.”

“Overall a good experience! I went to Harveys after seeing a truck online I was interested in. The sales rep I had was Matt Wright. He was helpful and polite in every way possible. The trade offer was within $500 of my payoff on a basically brand new car. Matt was not pushy at all during the sales process and very upfront. The whole reason I’m writing this review is because during the finance process the finance guy stated to me concerning an extended warranty and I quote “You’re really going to spend $50k on this truck but not buy the $3k warranty?” Which was the only time I felt disrespected the entire time I was there. So under the pressure I caved and got the warranty, today I went back to cancel said warranty due to some modifications I’m making to the truck which would have voided the warranty and Lisa Harvey took my call, was SO polite and processed the request WITHOUT hesitation. (Which we all know the commission they make is substantial on those) I would gladly purchase another vehicle here, but I will supply my own financing next time considering the degrading comment made by their finance worker. Overall a 8/10 experience, especially with the ease of the warranty cancellation.”

“Sean and the front desk employees were awesome. I seen so many bad reviews on United mufflers shop AFTER I took my car (which worried me after they started working on it) to be worked on. I seen comments about them not fixing what they was suppose to, to expensive, Sean was rude or sean didn't know what he was talking about but I have to disagree with all of that. I just moved to VA from WV and went for inspection and was rejected for many things. I was wondering why he was taking tires off, checking the E-break and lifting the hood (they don't do that in WV) and he politely explained to me all of the VA state laws for inspection stickers. Sean could have potentially saved me and my family's life for there was many things wrong with my car that I didn't know that was very dangerous. He showed me everything that he seen was wrong with it. He didn't just claim there was a problem just so he could make some money like some of these reviews had stated. I don't see him as a "rip off" because he thought I needed both rear bearing to begin with but then called me at a later time to tell me I only needed one. If he was a rip off he would have replaced both and charged me for it. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was told it would be done Thursday (that's awesome for the amount of work it needed) but there wasn't enough time to get it done Thursday so I was told by front dest sean was only coming in Friday (it was good Friday and they are closed) just to finish mine but they didn't. I wished they would have called to let me know it wasn't going to be done Friday because that made us finding a way to get our Easter pictures and getting to church a little complicated. That's the only reason why they got a 4. If it wasn't for the no contact thing they would have absolutely gotten a 5! I'd recommend united muffler to you. I will return for any future needs.”

“Got my truck inspected and I spoke with Jake about an issue I was having with my inspection and he was very friendly and helped by getting the issue resolved and helping with his knowledge about my truck specifically and the requirements that the state has on it.
