“This shop was simply amazing and helped us out in our time of need!! Professional Door Inc is on the road, going to jobs and we have to be there in a timely manner - This morning we came across a flat tire on our trailer and thought our entire day was going to be a disaster. We took the trailer up to Tannahill, figuring our whole day was going to be thrown off by this. These guys popped the tire off, took the nail out, threw a plug in, filled it with air and sent us on our way in under 30 minutes!! Completely saving our day!!! We were back on the road and our schedule stayed in tact! We cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone having issues! They will treat you right, and get you in and out as quick as they can!! You truly cannot beat that!! Thank again Tannahill (exit 109)!!”

“They were very nice and quick with my oil change and state inspection. I was promised this for as long as I owned the car when I purchased my 2018 Outback there. I was very surprised to find out that if I didn't get certain work done at certain times I would loose the perked oil change and inspection. They say it is in my sales contract but I really don't recall anybody telling me this. I was talking to several other customers at the time who overheard them tell me I had to have my break fluid flushed at 30K miles or I would loose my perks. They didn't know this either. I am not as happy with my purchase as I was.”

This last time at the shop...I was pleasantly surprised that Nathan and Charlie Taylor, plus others I don't know their names....they took care of us like family. We had so much wrong with our car plus money was an issue too. They worked to get it fixed temporarily until funds can be reached fir the total care of our car. You don't expect a big business to work with you but they do here at Shelor Motormile. However don't expect to be treated good by them unless you are willing to be nice to them. Too many people get mad at mechanics for not fixing their vehicles under their(yours) rules. Being hateful, rude, etc...gets you no where with anyone. Kindness, understanding, patience, etc... goes along way if you allow yourself to be humble and kind. Try it some day...see what happens when your nice...things get done and you are happy with your results. Just my opinion on how if we put our good...we get good in return. Think about it.”

“I originally came here to see if they could help me put back the clip on that was loose for my engine coolant hose and they did it with no problem and they did not charge me for this and then I called today last minute and asked them if they could put my new hose on since the last one has a hole in it and they replaced it in five minutes and did not charge me very excellent.
