“We had the most caring and comforting experience with Carilion Hospice. I'd have to say the best branch of the Carilion establishment. Once they took over our mothers care we were in amazing hands. All of the staff was very attentive immediately. She had a wonderful group of nurses, her massage therapist was amazing and put her at ease. The Chaplin's were wonderful with us, they were there as we needed and gave so much comfort. The doctor's made sure everything was handled and that her pain management was as comfortable as it could be. We are grateful to them and will never forget them and what they did for us and our mother!”
