Overall a good experience! I went to Harveys after seeing a truck online I was interested in. The sales rep I had was Matt Wright. He was helpful and polite in every way possible. The trade offer was within $500 of my payoff on a basically brand new car. Matt was not pushy at all during the sales process and very upfront. The whole reason I’m writing this review is because during the finance process the finance guy stated to me concerning an extended warranty and I quote “You’re really going to spend $50k on this truck but not buy the $3k warranty?” Which was the only time I felt disrespected the entire time I was there. So under the pressure I caved and got the warranty, today I went back to cancel said warranty due to some modifications I’m making to the truck which would have voided the warranty and Lisa Harvey took my call, was SO polite and processed the request WITHOUT hesitation. (Which we all know the commission they make is substantial on those) I would gladly purchase another vehicle here, but I will supply my own financing next time considering the degrading comment made by their finance worker. Overall a 8/10 experience, especially with the ease of the warranty cancellation.

BEWARE: Its 10:30pm and I am not using my work account and it is not work hours. This company called my employer because I gave them bad reviews and posted bad reviews online. So if you don't want them calling your employer only post good reviews for them or make sure that you post from your personal account or they will try to cancel you. The woke dealership in the New River Valley seems to be Havery's in Radford who can not handle free speech. How did they know my employer? I guess they used the finance information I gave them to figure that out. Hmm.

Harvey's is a place that will go the extra mile or in my case 100 miles to try and get you in a vehicle you deserve! Needed a cosigner and Dewayne made it his mission to get to my mom to cosign for me 100 miles one way.The technicians in the garage are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Their prices are really decent for the area and I make sure to take my vehicle there every time I need something done if possible.Harvey's, y'all are true rockstars at what you do!

The collision center is a total sham. It took three appointments and two rental cars to get our car estimated (very poorly) and "repaired", only to find out later that their idea of "making things right" involves using zip ties on broken parts that were purported to be replaced. I'm not bothered by waiting for parts to come in or for our turn in line to be serviced. But I'm appalled at the lack of attention to detail in allowing clearly broken parts to be ignored until called out by the customer, and the half-hearted "fixes" done afterward. It's also incredibly dishonest to "wait on new parts", get an appointment when "the new parts have come in" and then get a zip tie. I will never take my car to this organization again and invite others to steer clear as well.

Did me wrong with a car that needed $6000 of work 3 months after they sold it to me. I wouldnt trust their used cars.

Wife and I bought a used Ford Escape. Drove 6,000 miles. Now we are paying $6000 for a transmission repair because evidently in that 6000 miles in 3 months it was our driving that messed it up and it was perfect when we purchased. Nice people but should do the right thing when it comes to teachers and members of the community. I would not buy here again as you would think that you would not have major issues in 3 months. It is not about an extended warranty which adds a good chunk onto a vehicle, but a company realizing that there is a right thing to do when something happens with so few miles. You expect a dealership that would sell you a vehicle that is not going to cost you 6k before 4 months of driving back and forth to school. No one would expect them to eat the $6k in transmission but understanding that they sold a bad vehicle and trying to make some mends would go along way.

Collusion center is a joke. I understand being short staffed or waiting on parts. But was told one day the tires had arrived and they had the car in the service garage. The next day was told the same thing. For 3 days was told this. Again understand there is always some issues. But the number one thing that bothered me is i had to keep calling to know what was happening they did not call once. Costumer service needs some work

Purchased a new Trax at Harvey’s and really appreciate the professionalism and low-pressure approach of Matt Wright, the salesperson who guided us through the efficient, friendly buying experience. (Matt identified GM rebates that can really help make a new car fit your budget.) This was my second car buying experience at Harvey’s and Matt provided the personalized service you expect from an outstanding small to midsize dealership!

Just worked a deal on the purchase of a new Buick with Michael Ritter at Harvey's in Radford, VA. From the outset, Mr. Ritter epitomized low pressure. I've been through enough car buying scenarios over the years to be able to tell rather quickly whether or not it's going to go with a particular salesperson or at a particular dealership. Bottom line: this was one of the lowest-effort experiences I've ever undertaken for a car purchase. Mr. Ritter took every opportunity to make the transaction simple and customer-friendly. Michael was forthright and transparent. I felt like the transaction was fairly handled.Thank you Michael Ritter and thanks to the Harvey's team for making this car purchase seem genuinely important but also as pain-free as possible. I recommend if you're in the market for a new GM (Chevy or Buick) or something else, to give Michael Ritter a call at Harvey's in Radford.

First off I Spent a lot of time calling dealers all around for a couple months to find out that trucks were sold before they hit the lot or the dealer would mark it up thousands of dollars with useless accessories.I called Harvey’s in Radford and spoke to Riley about a truck they had online and was on the lot. After 15 minutes I knew I’d be purchasing a vehicle from them. Riley was phenomenal and made the whole buying a truck process super easy. They didn’t mark the truck up with tons of useless stuff. Hopefully won’t have to but when I do buy another vehicle it will be at Harvey’s no matter how far the drive. The finance person was also very easy to deal with. No kidding we were in and out in under 45 minutes.

Pride in their customer service of which they demonstrate a high value for. From the front door through service to exit a very honest and ethically driven business. They go out of their way to meet customer expectations. Will respond to questions, negotiate and explain rationale to meet the customers concerns. The best auto dealership in this NRV.
