This is the first worst home improvement store in our area. They are extremely rude and they gotten rid of all there knowledgeable associates and replaced them with individuals who care nothing about the trades. Everyday I got this store I’m met with no help and when I do get someone that is supposedly the area attendant they say idk and try to google my answer or they say i don’t know and they say there going to find someone for me and they never return. This store was a good store but that was about 10 years ago and it had done nothing but gone down since then.

Had a guy help me with a lot of stuff his name was Jack Martin. He was very knowledgeable and helped me not one time but twice very good experience.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I just think I need to now. The only good thing I can say is the man who helps me every time I’ve come to get paint is amazing. He is awesome! Otherwise management is less than good. Getting a job there must be impossible, which is ok if I am too old or not qualified but I’ve had 3 interviews and have been scheduled for more and they cancel. I have as well. Just seems like they don’t have their ducks in a row. I hate it because I loved that store and was so excited to hopefully work there but not anymore. Getting older and getting a job just isn’t easy! The way they did things and communicated was just just unprofessional. That’s all!!

This Lowe's has the most amazing people. They are kind, do their best to help customers, and care about the experience. The managers here genuinely do their best to take care of customers and associates, and they succeed. Moving away means I can't visit this store anymore, but I will miss it. It really is a gem.
