Dr. Warren Via is extremely unprofessional and not caring. I made an appointment to get an official Covid testing because I took a Covid home test and it was positive. I wanted an official testing so that I can get a letter and send it all to work. So, I walk in and he asks “So you need a Covid test?”. I said “yes. I took a home test this morning and it was positive”. He proceeds to look at me like I’m stupid and ask “Then why are you here?”. I explained to him why I wanted an official test because I needed a doctor diagnosis and a note to send to work. He then proceeds to tell me that he won’t be testing me so that it “reduces his risk of exposure” but that he can get me a note. Respectfully, if he’s so concerned about his risk of exposure to illness that he won’t properly care for/test his patients, then he chose the wrong field to work in. He then takes a thermometer and runs it over my forehead and says nothing about my temperature. I let him know that I was wanting to purchase a thermometer that goes under my tongue so that maybe I’d get a more accurate reading to check myself at home. I guess I was the funniest person ever because not only did he laugh at that question, but he laughed at another genuine question I had too. I’m glad he expects his patients to be so highly educated and just to save our “stupid” questions for someone else. Now we start to talk about the meds I’m currently taking. He sees that I’m on blood thinners and asks why I’m taking them. I proceed to tell him that I had a blood clot earlier last year and that they found me to have a blood clotting disorder as well. Now, I assume at this point he knows I can’t take ibuprofen and asks me if I’ve been taking Tylenol. I tell him I have been taking Tylenol since I CANT TAKE IBUPROFEN WITH A BLOOD CLOTTING DISORDER. Fast forward towards the end of my extremely ridiculous and disrespectful appointment, he asks if I have any questions. Which…at this point I’m even questioning whether or not I want to ask him a question since he just laughs at everything I ask him???? So, I ask him if there’s anything on top of the Tylenol I could do to help relieve my awful headache…I’m thinking this guy is gonna tell me something like use a cold pack, maybe sit in a steaming hot shower….no. Instead, he tells me to take IBUPROFEN. I was SO SICK at this point and wanted to leave immediately. Thankfully I got to leave very soon after that. I’ve seen this doctor before but it was a long time ago. I thought I’d give it another chance. I can confidently say I will NEVER be returning to a CVS minute clinic. It’s no wonder they have such horrible reviews/ratings.I’d also like to add that it looks like several other patients have had horrible experiences with him too. Why is he even still employed?? Do better.

Wow. Worst place to go. Dont waste your time going. They only pick and choose who they want to see. Checked in waited and the NP came out to the person that came in after me in and canceled my appointment. I was sitting in the waiting area and he didn't even say a word to me. I got up and tried to check in again and it said appointment was canceled.

I had a horrible experience with Warren Via. His bedside manner is deplorable, he’s condescending, unhelpful, and doesn’t wear his mask properly.

I took my children here and they seen Warren this was the third time I took my children here becuase they could get in quicker then at they doctors and he does nothing and sends us to someone else. I don't feel like he likes working with children. He's just judgemental and will focus on every aspect of your life instead of what you come in for. Extremely rude and unprofessional ten out of ten will not come back until they get a different provider

Incredibly rude staff who treat their patients like garbage. They couldn’t care less about their work and is evident by their lack of critical thinking ability. I told my girlfriend to go to the doctor after I was in contact with her because I had a sinus infection. She was just starting to exhibit the same symptoms I had so I wanted her to get care before things got worse. The staff scoffed at her and basically told her “It’s a cold, go home.” Even after telling them about her contact with me. Either they lack the ability to put 2 + 2 together to figure out it’s most likely a sinus infection, or they simply do not care about their patients. Don’t waste your time, don’t go here.

Normally fast, one time I went in for a uti and had a young female doctor and she was great and super nice. On the other had, another time I went in for a sinus infection, when I had one the month before, but I was seen somewhere else. I asked the CVS male doctor if there is any way he could prescribe me the same thing I had a month ago because it cleared up everything within the 10 days of taking in it. He said no, and apparently the medicine I was on when I had a sinus infection before is bad to take often. He gave me something else instead which is okay, it was also a 10 day medicine. Now by my seventh day of taking it, I still wasn't feeling better and went to an on campus doctor. At this point I was sick for almost a full two weeks. The on campus doctor told me the medicine, the doctor from CVS prescribed me was to treat a bacterial sinus infection when I have a viral one. In conclusion, it didn't help what so ever. Also, the worse part is the CVS doctor didn't warn me about the only side affect of the medication. On the bottle it says you can get diarrhea for up to a month after consuming the medicine. I got the medication on Halloween and I'm still having problems. It is so awful. Also, the male doctor at CVS, was rude and seems like he hates his job.

I had the same experience as many others, unprofessional, rude beyond any excuse, and my young son had a door closed in hisface -iterally -, all in response to normal human kindness and courtesy. It is well documented here by others, so I'll spare the details which echo.We left after the door-in-the-face incident. It's not in my nature to complain without drastic need, the world already has far too much of that, but to the powers that be there:Beyond the awful, hurtful, self-centered, etc treatment, there is a big liability lurking. It's not hard to see it coming If this behaviour continues.Take note of these reviews and act.

I went to this clinic on two separate occassions, both times thought it was odd the christiansburg minute clinic had a two hour wait but the radford one did not even have one person checked in. So I opted to go out of my way to be seen quicker, but now I see why this one has no clients where as Christiansburg had a two hour wait. Both times basically had one excuse or another. This time, I apparently have not been sick long enough. As a LPN I would think I have at least some knowledge of when it is time to finally go in to see a physician. Susan said that even though I have been sick for over a week, there was no treatment. I have seen this before but never has a doctor told me after over a week of being sick, they were just going to let it play its course specially since I have asthma.Last time I let this linger for three weeks and nearly ended up with pneumonia to boot. So I say this only to help others, the wait at the christiansburg one may suck but you will at least get great treatment. DO not waste your time coming to the Radford one.
