Absolutely the easiest place in the New River Valley to drop your packages. Good parking, accessible, very prompt and professional service. Trying to use the UPS location in Blacksburg is absolute hell because you can’t park and they don’t seem to care whether they get your business or not.

I'd give a less star if I could. TAKE YOUR EXPENSIVE STUFF ELSEWHERE TO SHIP. I shipped two expensive gaming computers. THIS STORES PACKAGING BROKE MY ITEMS. The owner replied for awhile and then completely ignored me and its been over a year. I think he is trying to get out of what HIS employees did. worst owner EVER. he is very rude and egotistic.

The gentleman that owns here I can't say enough great things about! Him and his staff has been nothing but kind to us and so helpful!!! Thank you and it saves us a trip to blacksburg to return our returns!
