Had to refile taxes separately, they did not complete paperwork accurately. Having to contact IRS to fix it. Didnt get anything back that was earned/expected, yet. Paid Good money for this mess. Wont do it again.

The accountants were great quick, professional, and friendly. The receptionist was beyond horrible. Rude all three times and instead of taking a paper from me actually tapped her fingers to lay it front of her. Felt like I was a child being disciplined by the principal very uncomfortable.
