Sportsman RV Campground is a quaint little campground conveniently located in the country along a river with beautiful views. The facility includes a country store, a small lake great for fishing and canoeing, and bathrooms and showers. A new kitchen is open every day except Sundays. Some sites are right on the river, though they may not be perfectly level. The place is considered a blessing to the community, ideal for families and locals to enjoy kayaking or idly floating down the slow water. While the campground needs some upgrading and TLC, and you can hear traffic from the nearby bridge, the owner is friendly and understands the improvements needed. It is a great place for camping with a bright future.
