Love this place. We put our boat in at the launch the family owns/operates known as "Hicks Landing" and going to the store is part of the fun of a spending time on the river.

I had heard good things about their bacon and wanted to verify hours before I drove 30 minutes. I’m sure it’s because I have an out of state area code, but they let the phone ring forever the first time and then picked up/hung up the next. Fortunately, someone told me about another place to buy the bacon, so I’ll be going there. I get that telemarketers are obnoxious, but I was a legitimate potential customer. I left 5 stars because I still understand avoiding telemarketers. Just wanted management to know that the phone screening doesn’t always work.

Great place for oysters and soft shell crabs. My husband accidentally left his wallet there and he found his number and mailed it back via overnight mail.
