  Thank you, Kaitlyn for saving my day. My package was sent to Raven by mistake. Kaitlyn answered my phone call and put it up for me to drive down and retrieve it. She was very professional and very kind. Really appreciate your service and going above and beyond to help a customer.

  I just love the people that work here always cares about you and your mail doing doing everything they can to make sure your mail goes where it has to go and if they make a mistake they are always saying I am sorry forgive me and then they make it right. I would not trust anywhere else with my mail as much as I trust Raven post office, Raven VA
