I’ve been extremely disappointed with my financial advisor’s lack of professionalism. Not only has he failed to provide any advice or guidance regarding my financial matters, but he also never returns my calls or follows up, despite repeated attempts to get in touch. His lack of communication and disregard for my time is both unprofessional and disrespectful.

I may have just selected a lazy account manager but he doesnt hold regular status update meetings and he is late and doesnt stay on task when he is in the meetings so my time is wasted. He cannot explain his investment strategy. I only notice Activity on my account around when I send emails inquiring about the status of my account which triigers his memory that I am a client. There are too many websites needed to manage my money since one is needed to budget, one is needed to see investments, and a third for something else. There is not one for everything.I am paying investments fees quarterly to lose money while my friends made money during the same timeframe so he cant blame the market. Go somewhere else.

I personally work with Jon Browning over at Acorn. Jon and I met through mutual friends and developed an organic relationship. He never once asked for my business, over the year or so of knowing him I finally asked, when are you going to ask to manage my money? We had a good laugh. 3 years later I consider Jon, as well as the rest of the Financial team and support staff, trusted advisors and friends that look out for the best interest of my Financial goals and the Financial goals of my family.
