Not very impressed neither by the merchandise nor the sale items which were still rather expensive. They try to compete with Lululemon but not up to par.

I come here repeatedly because I love the clothes. A wide variety of colors aha fits means I can always find something for myself and for gifts, too.Prices can be high, but the quality backs it up, and there's always a sale. I absolutely love the excellent service and recommendations, and that the staff exceeds expectations every time. It's not just me, I've seen them with other customers, too. They'll find the size, cut, colors, etc. that work great for women. It's a lot like having a personal shopper.

It has been a while since I visited this store. There is not much of a selection and limited sizes compared to other locations. Kind of disappointing.

I had a best shopping experience in this place. Jennifer from the Maine , helped me out very comfortably & all of stuffs are very pleasant.I have been shopping since Athleta open & shop many different locations/ states before . Best experience & recommend for all fit moms & over 40 ❤️?

The red haired girl is very unpleasant to talk to. She didn’t take time to listen to the customer and had very bad attitude when I asked questions. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Go elsewhere to spend your money!

I experienced "2" smooth, online order exchanges this evening... both were great! Diane initially helped me source sizes I needed in the original color I'd ordered and continued to assist me in sourcing an even better color selection... items exchanged! I dashed home to retrieve the other two fleeces I'd ordered online... returned to the store at the brink of closing time and Jonah assisted me, cheerfully, with the second exchange with the fleeces Diana had set aside for me. Their customer service gives me the piece of mind and the delight of crossing off a major to-do on my Christmas list. No exchange transactions in my dreams tonight!!! Love Athleta... great quality and I always feel sharp wearing all the pieces I've chosen from them... Thank you for a great shopping experience... Happy Holidays

I just shopped the Athleta store in Reston for the first time and had an incredible experience with Lauren... Is a/ the manager. She is smart, kind, helpful and genuine. One of the hallmarks of a great retail sales professional is connecting with the customer at their place and having an opinion... Lauren did all of those things. Honestly as a 30+ year retail executive it was a refreshing experience in a very difficult time in our industry. I don't remember the last time I had a service experience that stood out like this. @Gap you should recognize her and hold onto her. You can't train someone to enjoy what they do and care about their customers!!

Staff was friendly as always in an Athleta store...they got me different sizes to assure the right fit without hesitant or judgment. Athleta is an amazing store.

As a mainly-masc genderqueer, I was a little worried going in but I wanted to get back into running without using a binder. The staff (especially Kristil) were amazing start-to-finish. I felt very comfortable being myself and only heard myself referred to with gender neutral language (not called lady once). Even the changing space was welcoming. We are able to get the perfect running gear for me.

The staff was so helpful and attentive, always offering to get different sizes while in the dressing room. Store was very clean and following the COVID rules closely. Will definitely be back!!
